The 120th location SUCKS. They are constantly running out of food and act like it’s the customer’s fault that they can’t keep up. This goes for people who order ahead online and those who go through the snail-paced drive-through. Condescending tone like it’s your problem they’re having to take your order. When you eventually do get your food, the quality is never consistent.

Just had the worst experience at this Santiago’s. Get in the drive thru line to order breakfast burritos and I’m told as I go to order they can’t take my order! Told I have to go inside and wait 15-20. So then I’m like so now I gotta wait longer because I’m stuck in the drive thru like before I can even get inside and order. All she is I’m sorry. They should be telling people in the drive thru that they’re not doing breakfast in the drive thru otherwise what is the point of the drive thru. I’ve been coming to Santiago’s for 10+ years and I’ve never had this bad of service. I get there’s a wait but she could’ve at least put my order in and then I would’ve come inside and picked it up. Wish I would’ve gotten the girls name. You’ve lost a loyal customer

We love Santiagos. But it really stinks when they work diligently to accommodate personalized requests, and then they are not marked on the wraper. Only the 1/2 and 1/2 were marked. So it was a sad day to not be able to provide the correct burritos to the correct people.

Been coming here for years. Good quick breakfast for the surrounding options for fast food. I'm giving a 3 star because they have been wrapped carelessly. Togo burrito shouldn't be wrapped like a roll Up for all the ingredients to fall out. Especially, since these are generally eaten on the go. Also, I order 2 burritos with cheese and 2 without: they were labeled but incorrectly. Dietary allergies were at play. Be more careful.
