Food was good. Employee’s were very nice! But hygiene was lacking. All the up front employee’s look like they should be working at a dirty hot topic. One guys pants were ripped a good 12 inches and you could see his boxers. Still a good experience due to how nice they all were!

The manager at this store is Amazing. We had a problem with our order.A few months back and he wrote down our name and number and promised us a free burger the next when we came in. He definitely kept his word and is very personal and understanding and really made us feel like we were seen as customers. I've been to other smash burgers but this one definitely makes me feel really good and I know that we're always going to be taking care of at this location.

My family glutin allergy and dairy issues.Store 1026 is all ways very accommodating to make sure that there is no cross contamination. In the 8 years we have been eating at store 1026 there has never been an issue with cross contamination.Thank you to the great team at 1026, you rock!!!!

The customer service has gotten better from when I first entered this burger joint. The customer service this time was very friendly and conscious of their customers, which I appreciate because I know that close to closing time anyone can start to loosen up and it's frowned upon by corporate. Despite the slow service to receive my food, it's nice inside. Couple of tvs to watch games while eating lunch. They have wings too! Wanna try to the new Mac&cheese burger. The food was hot and fresh. The fries were hot too. Couple of tables outside to eat at if you like. I would recommend. They serve alcohol as well.

The food is good but hygiene could be better we saw people eating then putting the food together with no gloves.
My wife and I come here often, We love the service and most of all the food, always a great atmosphere too. Forgot something on my order and the GM - Joshua Morgan was super fast to help and get us we needed. Hunter showed great customer service to my wife and Joshua knocked it out of the park, nice teamwork! Thanks for the great food and impecacble service. See again this weekend!
