The red headed lady has HORRIBLE customer service. She’s extremely rude and after Three attempts she still did not get our order right. They need to get better more friendly staff. It’s no wonder that location is never busy anymore. I have two children I had to feed a late dinner and my son can’t eat certain things, because of her poor customer service my son didn’t get to eat what he ordered. I’m highly disappointed and frustrated. I will NOT be spending any more money at this location. Whoever the manager is needs to reevaluate the staff.

The staff is very engaging and cheerful today. Truly made my experience notable on Christmas eve out shopping. I would be proud of these
Service was pretty quick here in comparison to back at California. Menus were functional, payment slot was working and I even got a solid recommendation on one of their specialty drinks since there was a slight issue with a certain machine. Provided utensils needed in any situation and we all left pretty satisfied with the service!

Not really sure what happened to the popcorn chicken. It was mostly breading and the large is more like a small bit over priced. Drinks are still delicious though.

So far every time we have come to this sonic it has been a great experience!! The food comes out super fast, fresh and warm and mainly the young people who work here are so polite and nice! All the other Sonics are so horrible! Definitely pleased with this location!!
