DO NOT COME HERE EVER. There is hair in the food, low service, and there is no manager at all to provide service. Forget about having them refund your money.

Was missing a burrito and they never got back to me and it's been two weeks at least. Make sure your food is in the bag otherwise they will tell you to file a complaint through the app and you won't get a refund a message back or a email. I guess they can't fix the problem in store.

Mans gave me a chicken taco w out no chicken .. I asked for 2 chicken cantina tacos and somehow that correlated to no chicken and only one taco , there were other food items missing

I placed my order through the Taco Bell app an exclusive online meal with crunchwraps bean burritos and natchos the Crunchwrap had practically just the tostada and lettuce and nacho cheese no meat. I used to work at Taco Bell I understand it gets very busy especially late at night. But no excuse to not prepare the food to its expectations. Not to mention I was standing there for a good 20 min before someone even acknowledged me. A waste of my time and my money.
