One of the neatest little restaurants around. Make a reservation & take your best gal/guy out for a splendid meal at pretty reasonable prices.

Went last night. The parking was full so the owner came out and found us a spot. I ordered super tasting brisket and the owner asked if I tasted the prime rib. He went back in the kitchen and came out with a near dinner portion sample. The best prime rib I ever ate.

This location makes use of an old fruit packing shedOnly open one weekend a month, this family owned restaurant features smoked prime rib, brisket, salmon and chicken. Reservations are necessary. ...and you can bring in your own bottle of wine.

Love this place! The menu is simple but always done really well. Their salmon is always cooked perfectly, and their cheesy potatoes ?❤️ . Their attention to detail and customer service are superb, 100% recommend!

I can’t wait to eat here next month! Everything was perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious. But the people! I have never had better service, from the kindest folks. This review is for them. The chef came out to chat, our glasses always full, and everyone was very friendly.

We just had the BEST time at Graystone. Two of us had the prime rib. It was cooked perfectly (one rare, one medium rare). One ordered the brisket which was wonderfully smokey. The last ordered the prime rib and ribs. The side dishes and dessert were amazing. Service was very personable. We will definitely be back.

This is one of those hidden gems. A must visit eatery set in a quaint, modest barn. A great dining experience. The menu is short and sweet. The food is excellent and friendly wait staff.

Coming from a long career in the kitchens of many fine restaurants, I can educatedly say that the chef at Graystone knows and understands meat! No cooking by color here, as many misunderstand the results from that technique, instead actual temperatures of the meat were used to determine the finish. When I asked for my prime rib to be no more than 130°, I was told no problem! When my plate was brought out, I was waiting with fork in hand! Easily cut through the generous portion with the side of my fork, the feel was exactly what I have come to know as rare. Rosemary and other herbs blended with the excellent cut of meat to satisfy my cravings. 10 outta 10 would recommend for the prime rib alone but the double smoked brisket blew me away as well! There was a unique strong smokey flavor with hints of cherry I’m guessing, that almost melted in my mouth, definitely going back asap and bringing the chef a nice bottle of wine as a tip!!
