These guys are great. Super kind, super accommodating (to vegan options in my case), and super tasy, quality food and all around service.Vegetarian options: Has veggie burritos and tacos, and will make them vegan upon request (whole beans instead of refried [made with lard]) and also has sides such as fries, beans, rice, toetillas, etc. No faux meat options, but maybe soon!
Best Mexican food in town, and in Colorado!!! My search is over.I ordered the el pastor, carne asada, and birria tacos with guacamole. I also ordered a burrito, fries, and horchata to share with my husband.Everything was authentic and soooo yummy. The tortillas were prepared nicely and were soft. The meat was well seasoned, punch of flavors you expect and they do not skimp on sauce or portions.The staff here is also friendly.
