Everything was truly exceptional. We have lived in Denver for years and long for a restaurant of this caliber. We had the privilege of sitting at the chef’s counter and each dish was consistently perfect, and very involved. Very impressive. The team is perfectly dialed and the flavors were fantastic. They have highly exceeded our expectations and the whole meal was such a treat.

I’m not sure our experience could have been any better. The food was amazing, the staff was fun, and it was a perfect night to sit outside! Awesome spot!

ALWAYS AMAZING!Special kudos to our most lovely server BRIE (“like the cheese”) ? She’s got it Down to every last detail. Clearly has embraced and followed her owners/mentors visions , has done so well by them and for them. Big smiles thruout along with her coworkers who assisted. Such a Palisade GEM of a restaurant. Thank you to All.

We have an absolutely awesome time at Pêche and they were able to get us in for dinner the same day which is a feat in itself. The food was over the top and I mean that in a few ways, the presentation and pageantry are not to be missed when talking about the food and service at Pêche, it was dozens of small portions all served with care and well thought flavor profiles. We split a few dishes which was a great idea considering some of the dishes have many components to them, and the array or textures and tastes we got was remarkable. On your next trip to Palisade make sure you book a meal at Pêche because you won't regret it for a second, but they do require reservations so plan ahead because we got lucky to get in same day. Lastly, the daily made sourdough was an absolute treat and everyone should start their meal with a loaf.

Food was better than average but not worth the effort of sitting through such inattentive service. The volume of the music was punishingly loud. Conversation was impossible. Wait staff was aloof and inattentive. I could feel them resenting us. I won't go again.

I hardly complain but I was highly disappointed with this place. When we sat down, it took 30 minutes for a server to come and acknowledge us and an additional 15 minutes to even get a drink. When our food came out my partner was served raw chicken that was pink and bleeding. Nothing was comped.. this place sucks and it way overrated.

I rarely leave a comment when it is negative, but considering what is charged at this restaurant, I felt it only fair to express my concerns. Terrible!! From the vibe down to the food and service!!

Loved it! Great staff, excellent food and drinks, and didn't feel rushed. They did a nice job of catering to dietary needs (gluten-free for me, vegetarian for the next table). The choices were fewer, naturally, but my meal was fantastic nonetheless!

Such a fun and unique dining experience! The food is plated to create an experience and journey through your meal. I appreciate the attention to detail with every dish. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. Make sure to make a reservation ahead of time.

The cocktails are without a doubt top notch! I got The Americana and was delighted with the Carolina and barbecue sauces. The meats were ok, the rib was mostly gristle, but flavorful. My partner’s pasta was good, but a little underwhelming. Our server wasn’t very familiar with the drinks and had to go ask someone a couple times what the drinks actually were. Overall all a great, but definitely pricey dinner.

I stayed in Palisade one night just so I could dine at Peche as I had heard several good things. SPOT ON I say! I'm soooo glad I did. I'm in the Biz and love a great meal after a day on the Harley. Everything was just outstanding and the Oxtail Wild Mushroom Goat Cheese Pasta was the best pasta dish I've ever eaten. From the service to being able to watch the kitchen in action to a nice visit with the owner after was the highlight of my week long ride in the mountains. Spend the night and "Throw Down" at Peche.

What a treat! Palisades is known for its peaches - but the restaurant is the true gem. Food was inspired and wine selection was small but excellent.

I’m writing this as I am still sitting in the restaurant, best meal I’ve ever had. The grand valley is so blessed to have a restaurant like this here! Our appetizer was the hot cheese stone , incredible. I had the rib eye and it was served over hot stones with fresh Thyme and rosemary smoking underneath! My wife got the Americana and they both just blew us away! The environment is second to none. The staff was so amazing. The head chef I heard is also the owner and wow does he have an amazing establishment, hats off to you! We’ll be back for every special occasion in our lives!
