I love this place. This is the most charming pie shop. And they don't just sell pie. They sell local cheese and sausage as well as a variety of pickled vegetables and sauces. The lady working was so nice and welcoming. This was my favorite place in palisade. They sell minis of their pies so you can try them all. The chocolate cherry is my favorite. Can't wait to try the cherry sausages.
Loved this adorable little pie shop -and glad it was open in the off-season! (Be sure to double check the hours but it’s generally open from 9-5 each day according to Google maps). My favorite experience in palisade was this pie shop. Wide variety of pies. I got the 6 mini pie sampler so I can try them all. The woman working the counter was so warm and welcoming. She suggested a wonderful sausage to take home and even mad us go outside so she could take a photo for us. She was so sweet.
