Yum yum! This is one of my favorite food trucks in the Grand Valley area. I have had their items on several occasions when in the area. My favorite is the grilled cheese sandwich that has Brie, cheddar and raspberry jalapeño jam on sourdough. I add prosciutto and it's absolutely delicious. The ingredients are high quality and the food doesn't take too long. The staff is always very friendly and happy to serve you.

Yum yum yummy! You always have me at cheese. They were at Carboy winery and I grabbed the longest named sandwich in history! Lol It was so delicious! The duo in the truck were also both amazing. Super friendly and brought out food to us. Definitely recommend them if they pull up to a place you are at!

Underdog cheese is my happy place. Often they are at Base Camp Brew Works on Sundays. Perfect brunch, grab a madame or a breakfast grilled chese or the Italian one with a really long name, sit outside with a beer or three. The owners are so gracious and really understand customer service. We've never been disappointed.

Had the Bitter Sweet Ham Sandwich, literally one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The espresso mayo and soft fresh ciabatta bread really blew me away. Super quick service, and even came with a little fried cheese disc. I will definitely order next time they are at Base Camp!

Damn them!!! It is so hard to decide which delicious grilled cheese to order and once you have it's gone too soon. This delicious grilled cheese truck has it all, I had their seasonal mushroom grilled cheese and pepper jack pimento, both were complete knock outs. 12/10 do yourself a favor and get a grilled cheese!!!

Today Underdog is here at Moumental Beer Works on the west side of GJ. The folks are friendly, the vibe is chill, and they deliver to you inside the brewery. Ordered The Madame! The egg is over easy and the sourdough is nicely toasted and crisp. Which isn't easy give the messy characteristics of butter, melted cheese, the egg on top. I think they must have sprinkled some cheese on the griddle before placing the sandwich, as the whole bottom is covered in crunchy cheese! The sandwich is perfectly seasoned and requires nothing but your enjoyment!
