My husband and I go here all the time and we've never had a bad experience. The food reminds me of my childhood and never lacks flavor. I think Mike has been our server every time we've gone, and he's always so personable and makes us feel at home. La Rosa's is my happy place and we'll always go backVegetarian options: Vegetarian dishes are limited (I've only ever seen 3 vegetarian options) but they are all delicious. My favorite is the chile rellenos which they do unfortunately run out quite often.

We love this place! The staff are always kind and on top of things. Service is quick. The best part though is the food! We have tried many different dishes and there isn't a bad one on the menu.

Best food in monument and Palmer Lake. Nobody can touch their green and red chili. If you guys are trying other places in town like Arlene’s Beans..don’t.

Great food in place small enough that you know it's all prepared just for you when you order it, not mass-produced and waiting to be sold. Some interesting twists on the menu not often seen in the usual Mexican restaurants. Some confusion and waiting at the door to be seated, but everything ran smoothly after that.

One of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve been to. Absolutely worth the drive.
Enjoyed the atmosphere, music, food, service, cheerful…The food is nicely prepared and tasty. We will be back ??

Great food New Mexico style! The best server! She made the best shots for those of us celebrating our birthdays. I wish I had asked her what her name was.Wheelchair accessibility: Our server made sure our table would work for our wheelchair.

The food was sub standard. Fruit was brown, potatoes were sliced way to thin and undercooked, eggs overcooked, pork green chili had no substance, bland and very little pork, we were only allowed one small bowl of guacamole to share as they didn't make enough and limited on champagne to make mimosas. To top it off we all had stomach issues afterwards. Definitely not a good experience.Wheelchair accessibility: Good thing l didn't bring my son that is in a wheelchair not accessible at all.

Really enjoyed La Rosa and plan to come back soon! Service & Atmosphere were awesome. I had the pork enchiladas (pictured below) smothered in green chili. Everything on my plate was delicious. The pork was a little bland, but as a complete dish the enchiladas were very good. They have 4 different chili sauces to choose from and all of them were good. Our server brought out a tasting flight before we ordered.

Our first time at La Rosa..the staff was very accommodating and the service was great..there were nine of us at the table and our food arrived closely together to enjoy our dining...my wife and I chose the wild caught cod enchiladas..they tasted okay but we're very tough..our friends each had a different entree and relayed there's was very good..So, next time we dine there my choice will be different and will probably enjoy it more.
