Holy moly! Phenomenal food! Stayed in Parachute for one night. We weren't expecting any great food in this little town & we were blown away! We moved to Colorado in May 2023 from South Texas & its been hard to find good Mexican food. My husband is from Mexico & him and I both agreed that this is the best Mexican food we have tried in the state so far since moving here. Weve been to numerous places up & down the front range. My husband works in Grand Junction so he will be back often & I definitely will also anytime we pass through. A++. Also, the plates are huge! Totally caught us off-guard. I ordered the steak Chipotle & i thought my plate was the best. The Chipotle sauce is awesome!

Comparing the others restaurants when we’re traveling this is very good restaurant because last night we stopped at Salina, Utah at a el Mexicano restaurant and the difference is like my son said night and day, here the service is very good, the food is very good, definitely we will stop again in the future. We loved it

The pork burrito had tender, flavorful chunks of meat, and the enchiladas were very tasty. The portions were very generous and the leftovers didn't go to waste! I definitely recommend the Dragon Margarita, it was fabulous!
Good food with great portion. Honestly, one entrée has enough food to serve 2 people. We got the shredded beef burrito(comes with rice and beans) and my husband got chicken mushroom something. It was amazing. Also, they have complimentary chips and salsa.
