This is the only location that changed The grasshopper pie. We get 8 a year one for everyone’s birthday and to our surprise this one changed the crust to a gram cracker and did not say anything. Not sure why the price was double as it was 3 weeks ago at a different location. Be cautious they don’t follow the franchise

This bask in robins is so expensive and everytime I get a cake from just this location they say they can’t write on the cake only the “decorator” can whoever owns this location is running it into the ground

I recently went here for a milk shake and asked if they had malt she said yes. I ordered a large milkshake and it was not blended properly, no malt was added and it was extremely runny milky! A large milkshake literally wasted and not at all happy with the end

The owner tried to convince me to not buy the mangonada because I’m white he said I won’t like it he also said I won’t like the ingredients in it which were tajin and chamoy. He charged me 20$ for two small milkshakes. Just skip this location go to Kilwins instead

We ordered a cake over the phone and were told the total would be $53. At pick up the very kind cake decorator rings the cake up for $69. We asked why the price changed and what happened to make the price change, just trying to understand what was happening. Then the owner walks over and begins SCREAMING at my mother just repeating “ITS $69! $69!” Not letting us speak or figure out what happened. Terrible place. Awful customer service, if you are not even willing to answer questions, that’s extremely shady! Don’t spend your money here!

Not a problem but the owner was rude about it. Take it or leave it attitude. No apology for being quoted a wrong price he just said that's what it is and walked away. Never going there again!

The 2 young ladies (looked like teens) took their time opening the store even though they saw a group of us waiting outside. So they opened later than their scheduled time on the door. They did not greet any of us when we entered the store.
