Wow! What an improvement! A while back we decided to not go to Burger King anymore because we had so many bad experiences. But today, we were craving it and thought we would give it another try. I'm so glad we did! I don't know if they're Under New Management or what, but the food was pure perfection and the service was fantastic!

I ordered a 9 piece chicken fries and two other combo meals and only received one burger and a thing of fries. I’ve called this restaurant 10+ times and haven’t got an answer, only voice mail. Do not recommend.

Shouldn't even have to give one star. We just spent about 60 dollars there. All three of our burgers are missing--AGAIN! Last time I went there, they didn't listen to anything I ordered. I was charged way too much and had missing items. Of course the expensive ones. My husband just left there and none of his food is in the bag. No receipt. And we live a good 20 minutes away. I called and not one person answered. No answering machine. You are stealing people's money! We rarely chose burger King for this exact reason!!! I am furious.

My mom went here this morning to get breakfast and she couldn't understand the lady working there had a thick accent which is perfectly fine but you should be patient with people that have a hard time understanding you. My mom couldn't understand her and the lady was very rude about. I get that it's frustrating that people can't understand you but don't work with customers if you don't have patience or you aren't friendly. Very rude.

My Burger King experience took place 3/3/23 during the lunch hour. My son and I ordered the whopper meals, of course and we also had a side of chicken fries (my first time). The Whopper has always been my best burger (even cold out of the fridge) and this time was no exception. The chicken fries were really good and everything was topped off with exceptionally quick service in a clean establishment. I appreciate that!

Hair was in my burger. Asked for no ice, but got ice. Asked for Diet coke, got regular coke due to diabetes....numbers shot up sky high. Spent $31 dollars and food and fries were lukewarm at best. Staff should wear hair nets and gloves.

I got the fish sandwich. It wasn't good. Must have been over 2 hours old. My wife got the chicken sandwich with extra mayo that came out with no mayo. The staff didn't seem to care much about quality. Just getting people through the door.

The lady that took the order was so blatantly rude that I could hear her actively complaining over the speaker about the order. Interrupted and spoke over me as I was trying to order the meal. Repeatedly told her "I want this as a meal" to which she kept saying "you want the sandwich and that's it right sir"? Then proceeded to act surprised when I called her on it. Not the first time that the customer service was terrible at this location but definitely the most noteworthy time.

Took my daughter to get the new chicken sandwich meal on her lunch break and drive thru took forever but the people were nice.

The Burger King to save all others. most Burger Kings are disapointing but not this location. Always fast and friendly. Compared to other fast food locations in the nearby area This Burger King Stands out in speed, quality and friendlyness.

Got the deal 2 for $6 mix n match because the app kept giving me an error, what I really wanted. I ordering 2 big kings. They're supposed to be like a Big Mac with 2 beef patties, cheese. What I was received was a hamburger with a single beef patty, no cheese and barely any sauce. That's not what I paid for. They didn't bother answering phone when I called. I like BK, especially The Whopper, but it's so hit or miss at BK anymore you're almost too scared to order because you don't know if you'll get what you ordered. Honestly, I've lived in Parker 3 years and every fast food joint is always disappointing except McDonald’s

Slow slow slow. Be prepared to wait 20 minutes for your fast food burger. That's five cars ahead of you. Inside not busy. Guessing they are in serious trouble if they make you wait twenty minutes for a drive through burger.

Unable to use the Burger King app to order food. Unable to use rewards points and unable to earn rewards here.Food was good but had to go through the drive through line twice because they filled the order incorrectly and had their door locked so we were unable to enter the restraint to correct the order.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I couldn’t believe how bad the food was today. I’ve been to this location dozens of times and I’m not sure why I’ve been back at all when the food is mediocre at best. I think I give fast food restaurants the benefit of the doubt with all the stressors that have come up since Covid hit. While my order was correct, the hash browns tasted like they were fried in bitter oil that was a week old (or more) and the French toast sticks tasted the same (same fryer). Soooo bummed… I look forward to the few days I get to splurge and eat out for breakfast, and was so hopeful it would be a good breakfast. The food is sitting on my kitchen table and will likely end up in the trash. My breakfast sandwich is good, coke actually tastes like coke, so gave one extra star for that. Staff was cordial but wouldn’t say pleasant… I’ve watched this BK go downhill for years, and it used to be my husbands favorite fast food place.

Friendly and polite order taker so am giving 2 stars, but they got my meal wrong. It took more than 10 minutes to receive the food. Most of the drinks at the fountain were not working. The floor was really sticky where someone must have spilled a pop and the floor was not properly cleaned. Burger King is usually my go-to for fast food, but this was not one of my better trips.Vegetarian options: They have a new veggie burger t g at I might try next time
