My burrito was smaller than my hand.. filled with old gross meat rotten sour cream and the tortilla was so wet it was completely mush, the chips where wet and completely covered in salt

Very strange experience tonight . Teenagers just hanging out talking to employees not greeting anyone . They are cleaning over an hour before close and food is just sitting out . Employee stopped halfway through making our order saying he’s sick . He’s handling food . Young girl worker was kind and took over but now I don’t even want to eat the food due to food safety and due to employee being visibly ill and handling the food. On top of that completely out of several items and having to scarp ends of bowls making us as customers not getting what we want and still paying full price .

Idk why so many people hate this place and specifically this location? Every time I'm here everything is always great. My chips are perfectly salty. My bowl always tastes fantastic. I came here yesterday for probably the 6th time since I moved to this area and got dinner. Absolutely delicious. To whoever salted the chips yesterday you did a fire job. ?

Closest chipotle to my home so I would like to go to this one, but it is just not worth it anymore. Food seems subpar compared to other chipotles even the guacamole taste weird also, I came in today with four people standing behind the glass working, one preparing what I assume is to go orders. With no one saying a word to me for five minutes, so I will just go to this one anymore.

Went in to grab my pickup order. Employees were rude and there was this unknown ringing noise that sounded like I got hit with a flash bang and had tinnitus. I got home and my burrito was absurdly small. Our drinks were warm. They forgot the sides with our quesadilla. This experience was almost comically bad. How do you mess up this much? Last time going to chipotle, especially this location.
Absolutely the slowest place I have ever been. They can have three people In line and take 30min to get your food started.

The food quality here is consistently terrible. I’m eating the dinner my wife ordered and the beans in my rice bowl are undercooked and hard. The chips are inconsistently cooked, some are hard and crunchy others are soft and seem undercooked. It’s the same story every time we eat from this location. It’s just consistently bad. The line is always rushing at a blinding pace, making the ordering experience stressful and I think it’s no better in the kitchen. The Cottonwood location is better, but not by much honestly. It seems the only thing good about Chipotle today is their stock price but I don’t understand how to reconcile that given today’s consumer experience.

I recently tried the steak quesadilla and steak bowls from Chipotle, and unfortunately, my experience wasn't great. The steak quesadilla was too salty for my liking, and the steak bowls were disappointingly dry. Moreover, I found the portion sizes to be smaller than expected. Overall, my uber eat experience left much to be desired. I am not coming to Chipotle anymore and I will try to order from Qdoba
