This location has been my go-to ever since I moved to Parker. Cold Stone is one of my favorites! And this location has friendly staff and a clean store. The Ice cream quality is always superb and most times I end up getting a tub of my favorite mix to take home. Chocolate ice cream, a lot of raspberries, and a lot of mini chocolate chips! So tasty!

i live in southlands and go to cold stone all the time down there but today i went to this location and it was horrible to say the least anything from bad customer service they just wanted me out of there because they were eating ice cream of there own and then when my milkshake came it was all watered down and i asked for some whipped cream they put a dot of whipped cream and i got to my car and its literally like water definitely wont be coming to this location again and i worn you guys not to eather no gloves they never washed there hands very disappointed and discusted

I was charged twice at this store and the cashier kept asking to charge a 3rd time. I explained my card had already been charged and she assured me the extra charges would drop off. They never did and when you call the store it goes straight to voicemail. Its very expensive and 4 desserts were 45$. So Im 90$ out for not great ice cream.

It smells like dirty, sour water. I've gone in twice over the past two ish months, and the sour filth smell is overwhelming. The glass on the ice cream cooler is so dirty it's hard to read the flavors.My bf and I thought it was a one-off, but after going back again and walking into the stench of a sweaty belly button... I've lost my appetite. No thank you.

Haven't been to a coldstone in some years. I know why after my most recent visit. Overpriced mediocre ice cream "sundaes" served by snot noise brats with too many piercings. My ice cream was meted into soup before I even pulled it off the counter. Ordered cookie dough ice cream with m&m candy for my kid. Not a single piece of cookie dough in the entire cup. Did I mention the ice cream is about as good as some dryers? And it costs 10x as much, just go to kings and save some $$$.

Nice in-out ice creamery it gets really busy between 3;30pm - 7:45pm with a crew compliment of 5 or more young people with good hustle and flow.

ordered a cake online a few days before i needed to pick it up, i called the day of to make sure my cake was ready and they said it was. when i came to get the cake, it was a normal birthday cake and i had ordered a special cake and the employee told me that they discontinued the sprinkles i wanted and i never got a call to see if i was okay with just normal rainbow sprinkles or offered a refund for messing up my cake. not to mention to horrible customer service and bad attitude from both employees that were working there.

Cold Stone has the recipe for AMAZING ice cream plus the cuteness of mix-ins. We love this place. Okay why the two stars? $7 for an ice cream!? WHY!?We wait till we find a coupon in the ads (the one you get in the mail).We still love this place but ouch expensive!
