Ordered the cod fish 2 piece dinner. The batter on the fish was not cooked all the way thru which resulted in a white slimy film on the fish. Also the cole slaw was missing from the order.

The staff here is outstanding. They resolved an error with the order quickly and without push back. It was resolved by counter staff without involvement of a manager. Hats off to management for empowering their staff to make the customer happy. Also the food and custard is top drawer.

We waited forever and ever in line...horrible service , food is awful greasy and could not find the beef on the burger...they charge for
Went here at 7:30 Wed night. Woman at the drive thru has a terrible attitude. The tone in her voice sounded like everything I said was an inconvenience to her. This has happened before and I just chalked it up to a bad day. It seems like this is her default settings. Our burgers were burnt and tasted like dry charcoal.

I was dissapointed in the service....I ordered a kids meal for my great grand daughter and ordered cheese curds in the drive through so we could go to the library to eat and work on her homework, she got french fries instead of curds (dissapointment). I also ordered a cup of chili so I could eat with her....I got the chili but no spoon or any other utencil to eat it with. (dissapointment) So sorry I was so unhappy...And to top it off it took almost 25 minutes from the time I ordered til I got the order...too long.....

Culver has the largest menu in fast food. There are so many choices. I took a 5 year old here, and he had the best time. The staff was very nice to him speaking to him and helping him since he is ready to be a big boy. We loved Custard instead of a toy as well for kids. I love the cheese curds and come here just for those sometimes. Their food is good. My rueben was a bit skimpy on the meat and sauce. Everything else was great. Busy day with lots of people. Somewhat noisy.Kid-friendliness: Staff was great with my kid and they offer custard coupons and rewards in every kids meal. Plus they have a small picture menu at the front so kids can see what they are ordering. Simple & Genius!!
