This restaurant is the dirtiest place I have been to. If the front of house is in this condition, I really worry what the back of house looks like. I wish I would have looked around before ordering, I would have walked back out. The floors look like they are never washed. We were the only two people in the store, and half the tables were dirty. If I owned this location the management would be changing really quick.

A couple weeks back I had walked into Freddy's, hoping to get my grandkids some lunch. I was greeted by a kind young lady, named Tracy, who had the biggest smile on her face! She made sure to greet not only me but my grandkids as well. She listened to each of our orders and took the time to make sure she had it all correct! It was my first time at Freddy's, so I was unfamiliar with their custard options and Tracy went through the various options they had! She was very patient and handled everything with grace. I noticed there were quite the bit of people there for lunch and Tracy was the one doing mostly everything. She had a headset on while helping us folk at the counter, as well as making the custard by herself as well.The manager, Tsige, had a rude and unwelcoming means to her. She dashed out the door and disappeared for quite a chunk of time. She did not welcome me or my grandkids, and brushed right past us.However, Tracy made sure to check up on us and asked if we needed anything or whatnot. It was lovely service from her end, I would definitely go back if it meant the service was as lovely as hers! My grandkids had a wonderful time as well, and really enjoyed their meals. It was a nice outing all in all, and everyone enjoyed themselves.

The customer service given by your cashier named Tracy is incredible. She always has a huge smile and a friendly, welcoming demeanor. Every time I come in when she is there, my experience is phenomenal. I've seen her going above and beyond for customers, opening doors for them, taking their orders to them, and even taking the time to ask how their meals are. People like her are the standard that all employees should follow when it comes to customer service!

Needs new management!We were waited on by Tsige A (who says she's the manager). After checking my receipt, I noticed that we didn't get a sandwich we had ordered, which wasn't on the receipt. It was then that I noticed we were charged $6.87 ($2.29 ea.) for 3 small cups of water. When I went back to the counter to get the missing sandwich, I asked about the charges for water. I was very bluntly informed that it was their policy to charge $2.29 for a small cup of water so they can "keep track of cup inventory". After protesting in utter disbelief, she did refund the charges, but I can't believe a restaurant that would have a policy like this that wouldn't inform the customer when ordering.

Mold on the bottom of my bun!!! Gross. I called and complained and was told to come get a refund even though I paid with a card and live 30 minutes away. DO BETTER!! How about inspect the food you put out!! How about reverse transaction to give me my refund I didn’t pay in cash and I definitely DO NOT Want another burger!!! ?‍♀️ yes I check my food!!! #nastyfastfood #horribleservice

NOT GOOD! Went through drive through. Greeted with "what do you want". Got to the window, employee named Dream R did not greet me. She cracked the window far enough to get her arm out to collect my payment. Dream R told me my total was $19.66 I handed her a $20. She then tells me it was not enough.. Then said never mind and accepts my $20. I get my receipt and my total was $23.74! And she didnt even get my drink order correct. I love a discount but this employees customer service is garbage and she is also costing the owner profits as well as a returning customer. I will not be returning to this location. Service that Dream R displays is toxic to a company. I would fire someone that isn't willing to collect the full total. Who's to say that I'm the only one she has "discounted". Customer service is just as important as the product your selling.

Horrible service and half filled drinks and fries. Went through the drive through for a simple order of 2 fries and 2 drinks. Fries were half filled and drinks were half filled with all foam. "Dream R" had an attitude and gave the impression she didn't want to be there and had no customer service. Felt very unwelcome and will not return to this location.
