Great place for big, fluffy pancakes and other breakfast meals. Plus the coffee is so darn good . Our server was friendly, professional, and very efficient. The only thing IHOP needs to work on is making the use of its reward points easier and less convoluted. It is very clumsy and requires the assistance of the server to utilize points you already have accumulated.

I ordered a bowl of green chili and it was surprisingly good. It was cold when I went there and wanted something to warm me up.I also ordered a lemon meringue pie and it was frozen.The restroom was dirty and had not been cleaned in a bit.Otherwise the staff was nice..

Front entry smelled of meldew, server gave us the wrong order and then gave us the wrong receipt. Food was ok, $70 seemed high priced for 2 adults and a child. Their watered down coffee was as much as a small specialty Starbucks drink.

Went there for a special treat for our grandsons 5th birthday. It was anything but special. Service was ok. Food so so. And if the teenage girls next to us hadn't said anything, NO ONE would have recognized our grandsons Birthday even though he was wearing a sticker that said it's my birthday, and we told the waitress it was his birthday

Arrived at 10:30pm to an open door and not a sole in the restaurant. Waited for 15 minutes for ANYONE to come to the front while the restaurant WAS OPEN!! After hearing people laughing from the back, we left. Newsflash owner/manager your restaurant is open until midnight and your staff tried to close the doors at 10:30pm on a Friday. Be better, this is the third time this has happened to us at this location.

HOW ON EARTH DO YOU GET RID OF THE HAM AND CHEESE MELT???? I'm literally at a loss for words. You minimize the menu, fine, but to get rid of something I've been eating (and ONLY get) for 9 years??? Wt Actual? Disappointed... Not that it matters, I'll just make my own now at home, how convenient??

I honestly don’t recommend this one at all. I came here and got the coffee and it had LIPSTICK ON THE CUP. Like that’s so nasty. And then my moms fork had food on it when she got it like it was nasty.
