I really like this place. Delicious food, it's clean, especially the bathroom which I really appreciate. Brandon is my favorite. There is a lady manager he seems to be close to that is also very kind and professional. I just don't know here name unfortunately. I'll be back a lot. I'm done with subway especially. Jimmie johns lacks range. Jersey Mike's is the place to go!!!!

I order pickup once or twice a month and there is always some annoyance. Staff always seems like they are inconvenienced and today the online system wouldn't submit the order...I don't like people so I'm not calling, and not ordering there to wait 30 min for a sandwich. Off to another shop for lunch from here on out I think, customer service is dead.

Food is always very good. Employees should be more friendly instead it's like someone threw a cup of urine in their face. Tables could be cleaner. I had to ask for something to clean my table with.

I have been there on a Saturday for lunch, they turned out about 1 sandwiches before mine in just under 69 minutes. Today I waited 20 minutes and was the only person in the place for 5 minutes. They dropped my mushrooms and the ham for the guy after me at the same time. I have a stack of coupons that I didn’t bring tonight. But I am throwing them away, last chance blown.

Food poisoning!! Stay away!! We are there two days ago and we’re still sick. Took 45 minutes to make our food. Filthy in there. I can’t stress enough, stay far away or you’ll be violently ill like me and my fiancé.

I've been trying to give this store a chance. Some of the kids that work there are great! The college kids are sweet and always one to chat but the management is a mess. Today was my final straw with a newer looking employee. He was getting aggressive with his employees and has a large knife strapped to his back. I bring my kids here and this is unacceptable. The other kids working looked as uncomfortable as me. No one should have to work with someone with a weapon strapped to them who seems a little unstable. I am glad to see that one of the managers (think her name is Shauna or Sharon or something like that) is no longer there. She's always sitting around and mopping around letting the others do all her work then blame one of the college girls for not being a good enough slicer. Maybe do your job and help her!Management needs to do better.

Do business at your own risk!! Never ever again will I do business at Jersey Mikes on Lincoln. The service there is unacceptable. We buy 5 giant sandwiches from them about every 3 weeks to a month and on one occasion at the end of June they forgot an entire sandwich. I called and was told they would refund it or I could pickup another sandwich that night. I asked for the refund. After 2 weeks no refund was given. I called back and was told that a manager would contact me. After 2 days I called back and was told the manager would again call me. The following day the manager called me and said they couldn’t find my order in the system (although I can see it in my jersey mikes reward system). She said they would remake my order next time I was in there and to call and ask for one of 3 managers. She specifically said they would remake the order not the one sandwich. Tonight I did just that, I ordered all 5 sandwiches was told to pick it up in 20-30 minutes, drove all the way to the store to pickup and was told the manager called me and left a voicemail. I had no voicemail but a missed call minutes before my arrival, and no order ready. They then told me they never told me they would remake the whole order only the one sandwich. As the phone is being passed around between two different people on their end. After some back and forth, I asked for the store managers name and number and they refused to provide that info. Finally the gal I was speaking with said she was the store manager and that they would not serve me. I will never do business with a place that doesn’t correct their wrongs. You made a mistake, ok, you finally made a commitment to correct it and now you want to back out. So if you want to get what you pay for I would not suggest doing business with this establishment. Not to mention the absolute horrible customer service and the time of the so called manager. As I told them goodbye and good riddents, I will be sure to take my $80 every couple weeks somewhere else. Side note: while I was there they told another customer they didn’t have any of one kind of meat and said they couldn’t cut anymore. SMH!! Way to do business, I’m sure that’s not mikes way!!!

One and done! Overpriced Meh! Paid $16.41 for a COLD turkey club sandwich (with bacon) chips and drink. (No toasting option at this location). Priced the same meal at Subway or $10.89 and I can get it toasted. It's the same processed meat, cheese and toppings. Hard to imagine Jersey Mike's being around in five years. I won't be back.
