Not a good experience here. I had to wait to pick up my order because the girl working there (Saturday evening, March 30th 2024) was too busy crying and breaking up with her boy-or-girlfriend to pay attention to customers. Maybe you need to explain to your staff that work is time for work , not teenage drama.

This particular store ranks right up there with some of the worst of the jersey mikes franchise . . From the moment I walked in I should have left. The employee's were too busy talking instead of helping me..My sandwich was miserable the roast beef tasted old ..the bread fell apart ..So the whole sandwich went in the trash.. I Appreciate your “attention to detail “ this location is pathetic..

My family and I went in today, place was packed they where supper short staffed but still did there best to accommodate people I give the young lady with the black hair big props she was doing so much and still kept and good welcoming attitude the boy who took our Order was also very kind we will be back very soon!

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Someone ordered after me and paid and walked out of the restaurant before mine was even started. While trying to leave, a customer chases me out of the store trying to get me to pay for my meal TWICE. I’m not sure if your staff is racist, or what the problem was, but I will not be back. (This is for the emo white girl making the sandwiches, pay attention to all your customers not just the regulars. Then maybe you’d know that I had already paid….)

Ordered a cheese steak bortabela sandwich but guess they didn't hear me or messed up. Ended up getting a bortabela sandwich without steak. Didn't realize it until after I got home and few bites

12/10/23 approximately 11:30 am. Whoever the woman is who is “in charge” of this place was rude to every single customer that ordered. As well as every other employee working. She literally messed up four orders in a row that I listened to the customers order, and then blamed the customers for her obvious mistakes. Took nearly thirty minutes to make two sandwiches, both of which were made incorrectly and when we pointed out the mistakes we were spoken to rudely as if it was somehow our fault. Whoever this woman was ( wouldn’t give her name) needs a new profession and some mental health counseling. Sandwiches were maybe 2 stars at best, customer service I would give a zero if google let me.Will not be returning.

This is the worst place I've ever been too. Super slow and the woman in charge (or thinks she is) has the absolute worst demeanor. The guy next me ordered a giant sub. She made a regular and then berated him for not telling her it was giant. Then screwed up every part of my order and was very angry and put out at having to put the right meat and mayo. You can tell the rest of the staff cannot stand to work with her because they were all new. Just a horrible experience. For a sandwich no less!!!

The good: they make a good sub. The bad - it takes me > 20 minutes to get a sub here when I order in person. The shop is always freezing inside, to the point that it's not comfortable to eat in. They seem to prioritize web orders, so you order a sub with nobody in front of you but they will do 10 web orders that might have come in before you because there is only 1 slicer and 1 prep line. When I ordered online, I got to the shop and my order hadn't been started. So, good food - poor service because the place isn't designed to handle multiple order streams. Also, do not look at the floor where the subs are being prepared… again, tasty food, completely awful experience getting it.Parking: The lot is busy, but you can always find a spot somewhere in the plaza.

This is by far the worst Jersey Mikes we have ever been too! We just purchased two hot sandwiches that were cold and the bread not even toasted. This is at least the fourth time where the sandwiches sucked! We will never come back to this one. Pine Bluffs you need to be retrained on how to make a decent sandwich. We are tired of the screw ups here.

Food is good.Having said that. We ordered through the app for delivery. They contract through DoorDash. The food was wrong. They said they could not give a refund or re-deliver because I ordered it through DoorDash. I explained to them that I ordered it through their app. They said it’s a known issue with the app and they could not refund or have it re-delivered.Terrible service. We like their food but we will never return.
