This is the only JJ near my house and I want to love it. Unfortunately their complete lack of managerial oversight leaves it impossible to go here.They are severely understaffed and the staff they do have is extremely young.I have received the wrong order multiple times, been overcharged, had missing items, etc.When I called and asked nicely for a price adjustment to simply reflect what I actually received, they said it was “too busy, call back.”Ok fine. Maybe it was a rush. I called back 3 more times and was told the same thing.Corporate promised a resolution, then ghosted me too.Eventually, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Such an unnecessary time expenditure that could have been handled if there was one iota of customer service at this location.Also, don’t bother going to the drive thru. No one is ever working it.Zero stars.

I pre tipped my driver after ordering online. He then shows up and tells me I need to tip and sign. Because I already tipped him online I didn’t add anything additional on the receipt. I then received a hostile call 5 minutes later asking me why I didn’t tip. This is not the first time this has happened at the location and I found this to be very unprofessional and won’t be coming here again.

No glovesNo hair netsNo maskNo me anymore!!!Nobody answered when we drove upFinally drove to window and they were all sitting around with no head sets. They looked shocked that they had to work. Kid at window was high as a kite. No ice machine. With his bare hands he dunked our cups into ice and then used his hand to get ice in???? I mean there is Covid and where have his hands been? Doesn’t look like he’s bathed in a bit. I mean it’s just nasty here when it's open to even drive up to place order. My kiddo likes it. Not me. Pass.Kid asked bunch of times what we ordered as if he was not in his right mind which news alert he wasn’t !! How do these people have jobs???? Have had to go back due to wrong sandwiches so check before you leave!!

Just don’t bother with this Jimmy John’s. They are rude and have no ability to understand that not everyone is physically capable of going inside.I ordered through the app and selected Drive Thru. I went through the drive thru. At the box he told me to come inside but I physically could not and said I was stuck in the drive thru. There was no one behind me.I waited in the line for quite some time.When I got to the window they refused to serve me and told me to go to the front. I told them I could not come in, so he said he’d bring it out.I called… they said it wasn’t ready but they had said it was already ready previously. I told them I just wanted a refund. I had already waited for too long. That would also require I come inside.I ended up just calling my credit card company which could take up to 21 days, so fun!The app has a drive thru selection.I have physical limitations.Perhaps they should have the Drive Thur selection removed from the app.Parking: There is limited parking and they do not plow well so it’s also a bit icy at times.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a parking spot just outside the door.They do have a drive thru but don’t use the app for it.

It is not an overnight fix but under new management, Jessie wants to change those low-star reviews. Responding either with email, text, or phone call is worth a 2nd chance. I am looking forward to seeing this place turn around.

Took almost 3 hours to have my food delivered. I understand being short staffed, but they should be able to disable the delivery option if they're short staffed. The wrap I got was great though! Just not worth wauting 3 hours

I originally had a mix up with my order and was really upset with my experience with Jimmy John’s. However, I got a call later in the day by the manager and she totally turned my experience around. It takes a lot of guts to call someone back like that and I appreciated her taking action. She worked to make it right and showed that Jimmy John’s and more specifically SHE cares enough about the customers to give the customers the best experience. Great managerial skills and customer service care.

The other day we placed an online order at the 20 mile location, it said ready in 30 minutes, upon arrival I was informed the bread oven was not working , and my order was not available, an employee I believe her name was Destiny, immediately responded ,took matters into her own hands and made it happen anyway ,I went from very angry to very impressed, and she saved my family's meal that evening, which was a big deal to me . Destiny is a great employee, thank you for all you did ,I will continue to give my buisiness to this location.
