My family, and employees and I have been coming to this JJ’s for a long time. This is a family owned franchise location and every time we come in we are greeted like family. The foods great and fast. The staff is awesome.. My son and I come here on a regular basis it’s kind of our spot. It’s just a sandwich shop yes but you come here long enough and you get to know everyone well Keep up the great work guys. Places like this are the back bone of this country. Support small businesses.

My overall experience was really good, just would appreciate the potato salad container to be filled up! Two of us ordered and they were both pretty close to half empty! Potato salad isn’t expensive to make, so just want what we paid for! Also would really like crispy bacon, or at least the option to request crispy!Vegetarian options: Ordered potato salad and it tasted great, my only complain is that it comes in a very small container, and for the price, the container was not filled but half empty! Just want a full container to match the price!! Overall, good!!

Been here twice both times my Turkey sandwich had no Mayo on it, they have employees don't seem to know how to work the computer or do simple tasks. Also bread was undercooked which I've never had before from jj's

Just ordered five sandwiches and was told I have to pay extra for Mayo packets LOL ? this is a sandwich shop. I ordered sandwiches and wanted Mayo, so weird to have to beg or be told I’d have to pay for that????? We normally go to another Jimmy John’s and we don’t have to beg for Mayo packets.Get outta here with that weird customer service

The bread is a bit hard sometimes, but the service is excellent. There is another store in town, but we stopped going there because their drive through is frequently closed and the service is poor. There just is no comparison of the way we are treated at this store. The employees are actually nice, whether they feel like being there or not (I mean, it's work, after all ?). They do a great job of putting our order together in the context of the company's motto, freakishly fast, for sure!

Freakishly slow and always out of stock of key ingredients. This is a management issue, not the front house employees on the line. During the pandemic it was understandable that items would be out but I have not gone once this year and been able to get my entire order accurately or quickly. I swing by on my way to work for a quick simple sandwich and this place has become so unreliable that it's not worth my time. Do better.
