First they took the order wrong and then the supposed manager couldn't comprehend enough to correct the order. She ended up refunding the whole order and practically threw my card & refund receipt at me.

It seems unheard of to me that a person comes to pick up an order and they prefer to have a meeting with friends than attend to it. The manager lends himself to it. It is sad how many companies lose customers and sales due to the negligence of their employees.
I went in around Tuesday during lunch time. Through the drive thru. I was in a rush. Paid at the first window. When I heard the manager yelling at the employees in Spanish. Calling them "puercos" ,which means Pigs, telling them to hurry up. I only ordered a sandwich. To which they parked me so I got down instead. Asked for the manager. the manager Lupe was not dumb. Before asking me "what I wanted" rudely. After I showed my receipt she got my order not after yelling at the employees, again, saying why it took so long for one sandwich. Not only was she Incredibly RUDE but she sort of tossed me my order. No napkins. I was in a rush. But I took the time to get her name down. I worked fast food 5 years. Never have I seen someone so unwilling to be a manager. Not even that. She gave me the wrong order. Had I not been passing through the state. I would have gone back to give her a piece of my mind. People like her don't deserve to be in charge.
