People were nice but I ordered a medium hot chocolate and not only was it ice cold but it was half full. I basically got a half cup of chocolate milk which wasn’t terrible but it just wasn’t what I ordered.Edit to the response from the owner.Sadly I didn’t notice until I got in my Uber. Is there still a way to possibly get a voucher for another one? I do appreciate your response

I ordered the mixed berry cake and it was PERFECT. The berries were perfect and fresh. The cake wasn’t moist or dry. It was soft and sweet. The best cake I’ve ever had and I would come here again.

A new favorite...where has this Cafe been all my life. It is very charming and much like a European Cafe. The selection is almost too much with excellent customer service. Everything we tried was incredibly delicious!!

Paris Baguette’s Parker location DoorDash deliveries are complete disasters. I love their pastries so I’ve ordered through the app 5-6 times and there’s always an issue. Tonight was especially bad. According to the receipt they included in the delivery, every item I ordered was out of stock. I spent $50 on this order. Instead of doing the right thing and canceling my order so that I could be refunded, they substituted each item with something I didn’t order. For example, they replaced one item with a burnt Nutella croissant crisp. I hate Nutella and would have never ordered that. If the entire order isn’t wrong, at least a few items are always replaced without checking with the customer. This seriously happens every order and it’s not okay. Either consistently update your DoorDash menu so that customers can’t order out of stock items, or refund customers if they do order an item that’s out of stock. Attached is the receipt they sent showing how they replaced everything on my order. I sent this to DoorDash and they refunded my order right away. I’ve also included pictures of the charred croissant.

I have visited Paris Baguette in Parker three times, and while I appreciate the enjoyable pastries and cozy atmosphere, I encountered a couple of issues. During one visit, a mistake was made with my order, as a coffee cake was placed in the box instead of the tiramisu I had selected.In my most recent visit, I ordered the smoked salmon salad with avocado and eggs. However, I observed questionable dark spots on the eggs, prompting me not to consume them. Additionally, only the top half of the salad leaves appeared to be in good condition.I believe these issues are worth addressing for the overall improvement of the customer experience. I hope the management takes note of these concerns, as I would like to continue patronizing Paris Baguette and enjoy a consistently positive experience in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

My granddaughter bought two cakes on November 22,2023. The order was cancelled by the Paris Baguette due to too many orders. Despite asking for a refund by going into the store with her receipt and calling she is told the manager is not there and she has not received her refund. The total cost was $98.90. Why is a customer not refunded immediately when an order is cancelled? the customer should not have to ask for a refund. pat foster
