First off, this place is slightly more classy than a Chipotle. Look at the photos - not much atmosphere at all. It is clean at least. It is not quiet nor romantic. Chairs are not comfortable. I would do a diner over this any day of the week.Service - pretty sketch. Our waitress was older (late 50s or early 60s) and kept messing up little things. Also called me 'dear' - I am 53, don't call me dear...Food was good, but pricey. $20 for a basic entree, which was okay until they charged $7 for a sausage to be added to the penne dish. Ridiculous.Not sure why people rate this so highly. Rather eat at the Tailgate. Yes, it is loud, but chairs are more comfortable, food is on par and CHEAPER and service is BETTER.

I have been thinking about posting this review for a while. After another bad experience, it just takes the cake as worst restaurant i’ve ever tried. The watery, strange sauce on noodles. The cheesecake that tasted of Costco freezerburn. The rubbery lobster like chewing a boot.This place has me convinced Parker is experiencing a mass hysteria in what ‘good food’ means.

I am hesitant to leave a five star review simply because I am worried the place will get even more crowded and I'll never be able to get a reservation again! But in all honesty this place is an amazing hole-in-the-wall that serves some of the best Italian food I've ever had. Great service and cute ambiance. My only complaint are the prices - very high for the amount of food you receive. The bruschetta was delicious, the garlic knots were chewy deliciousness and the Italian Ruffino was some of the best red wine I've had. The sidecar cocktail was amazing - you can tell they have a bartender who cares about the drinks they serve. My husband said the pizza with pepperoni and Italian sausage was very good. I had the chicken cannelloni which was a small portion but absolutely scrumptious. Creamy sauce and yummy homemade pasta that was stuffed with cheese, chicken and spinach. We got cannoli to take home at an obscene price ($13.80 each) and a piece of tiramisu which was very small and kind of bland. Long story short we will absolutely be back to try more of the delicious food and drinks but likely won't splurge for dessert again.
