The waiter needs to retire or go back to smile with a service classes. He was very impatient. Also messed up my boyfriend's order, forgot to bring him one of his 2 sides which was asparagus. Once it finally arrived, half way through our meal it was like freeze dried asparagus. Considering the place was dead. We were expecting a decent meal. There were maybe 14 people total in the restaurant. We will not return. Also the link that was provided by upper management to my review(at the bottom of there reply, doesn't go anywhere when I click on it and you can't copy and paste. So ya thanks for that!!!

We came for a birthday dinner, wanted it to be a nice dinner. Our table was in a spot that was not well lit. We asked to move which seemed fine. Service was mediocre...Sweet Tea was more like sweet water, asked for side of sour cream which never arrived. We finished 2 appetizers and left.

This has become on of our favorite restaurants. The food is great and the staff is very attentive. This is a great place to eat when you want to engage your company in conversation and the noise level is much lower than other steak houses. They have a great selection of entrees everything we've tried has been delicious. The decor is interesting and there is a lot to look at and hold your interest, while your meals are cooked.

Frankly, I expect much better from a Landry's restaurant.First, the good: Waitstaff was very friendly and helpful. Appetizers were generally good. Salads were good. Patio was quiet, which was nice. The bad:The patio seemed to be an after-thought. Three small tables for patrons. And I mean small, like when the food arrives, there's no place in between the plates, bread, and drinks already on the table to set it down. The waitstaff were from the bar area (again, an after-thought? -- "let's just have the bar staff cover the patio in between drink orders"). The overhead lighting was above the fan so any photo-sensitive folks may be at risk of a seizure from the light flashing on the table. Seriously. One of our party had to sit awkwardly to avoid the flashing in his face. We should have asked to be re-seated but at some point you're just committed. The main course was pretty disappointing, especially at this price point. My ribeye was full of sinew and silverskin. I expect significant marbling on a ribeye, but I've had better ribeye from a grocery store. My wife asked for her filet medium-well (I know, a travesty in it's own right); it came out ashen-grey throughout and rubbery. It was most definitely well-done. For nearly $10, the Cajun topping had a few miniscule crawfish tails and was mostly tomatoes. No thanks.Pretty disappointing food for what we spent. For several hundred dollars, would definitely look for other options.

Very expensive! Good food, but not worth it. The steak was ?. Yes, they do have Heinz 57 sauce!
Went during the Restaurant week. It was okay. The steak was really small for a 6oz. Think it was 4oz actually. The Mac n cheese had no flavor but had like 2 different type of cheeses. The fried mushrooms were delicious. Service was quick.

Saltgrass has been a regional fave for a while. Haven't been in some time. Had the bacon wrapped filet from the early dinner menu. We ordered it medium rare, and our server Jeremiah confirmed a thin line of pink. They came out bloodier than that, but the bacon was crispy and the steak was tender and flavorful. The flash seared green beans were excellent: crispy and tasty. They have Coke products, ribs, seafood, soups, salads, desserts, the whole thing. Some great bourbons and wines, full bar. You need to make this your go to steakhouse.
