I usually go to the Starbucks at Hampden and Tower in zip code area 80013. I've gone to Starbucks for the last 30 years every single day. Customer service here was awesome. My drink was awesome and I loved loved loved the layout of the store. So much room and the leather golden colored chairs truly looks so comfortable. I like how they put each employees picture up on the board to recognize and appreciate such a wonderful staff. I will definitely be back just to hang out and enjoy the great customer service. Lynn

Can get busy and the parking lot is wonky but they do a great job and really try to get through the customers in the drive thru

Really disappointed by an employee, James, who immediately dismissed me after answering one of my questions once I received my order this week. He clearly heard my inquiry because he answered extremely quickly (and too blunt, if you ask me). It was not busy at all – no one was in line and 1 person was already seated at a table. This interaction left me feeling like I was not a valued guest and extremely disappointed in their treatment of paying customers. I wish I never gave them my business. Very unhappy.

My quest for a Starbucks that knows how to make Frappuccinos is over! I waited till I went to this location three times over the course of the last 3 months to make sure it wasn't a fluke. Every time, the drink was spot-on! Not overly sweet (they followed my request for fewer sweetener pumps). Double blended as requested. Good coffee flavor. Proper sized cups. It's sad that I'm shocked when I get what I ordered these days. I just hope this place keeps up the great work...Bravo guys!

Just went through the drive thru and it wasn't super busy for a Sunday late morning. The barista who took my order was super rude and continued to cut me off while I was trying to order asking me anything else? I was trying to add modifications for my drink the gingerbread oatmilk chai and the barista told me "we don't do drink modifications here" when I was able to modify my chai yesterday just fine. My drinks weren't labeled. And they were so watery and tasted awful. Aside from being rushed through the drive thru with about 3 cars ahead of me the taste of the drinks were just awful compared to the same drinks we ordered yesterday. I can definitely understand why people prefer Dutch bros over Starbucks because the service was seriously so bad on top of the drinks tasting gross. I'm sad because I was excited for all of their holiday drinks but I'd rather have better experience somewhere with a better tasting drink.

Just went there & had a caramel crunch ribbon Frappuccino, absolutely no crunchies!! When you’re paying this much money for a drink, If they are out, we should be told, or reduce the price…. ?

Convenient location, and the usual high quality product... but we were the only people inside the store and only one car was at the drive through, yet none of the four employees even looked up or greeted us. When we picked up our mobile order and thanked them, again, nobody even looked up or responded. After encountering this disengaged rudeness, I am a little sorry I left them a tip on the app. This is the store management's fault, because I know this isn't acceptable treatment of customers.In the future, I will choose a different store.
