Filthy. All tables are dirty at 9:30am. I am the only person here. All the staff is texting on their phones. I let staff know that there are no clean tables. They ignore me and make sandwiches for themselves. Not a good look.

Went in on 3/1 took almost 20 minutes to get my mobile order. Staff was swearing, not washing hands. Was given my order it was not complete and had to drive back to get the rest. The bacon was not cooked, lettuce was not good, and sandwich had a bad aftertaste. I asked who I could call if I got sick and was refused any information. Guess what 3 hours later my stomach feels horrible, I will be reaching out for representation on Monday should I end up requiring medical attention due to this experience.

I ordered a toasted flatbread with chicken and spinach inside and they gave me a soggy sandwich where even the paper was damp and falling apart. It was like they soaked my sandwich in water. Completely inedible. Glad I wasted my money on this. Nothing in my sandwich would've caused the sogginess.

Each visit I have at this location feels worse than the last. Today none of the employees were wearing any hair restraints, and gloves were optional between different tasks. Apart from the health concerns, the younger male employee with shaggy hair was very short with me and other customers trying to order. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt, he must've been new the way he was piling things in the middle of the sandwiches. Nonetheless, I hope this location improves in the future. It's the closest Subway to my home.

If I could go lower I would. I placed an order in the app at 8:20. Came to pick it up and they closed early. There were 2 girls inside and they wouldn't answer the door they waved us off, even when I tried to mime the app. I knocked on the door asked them to come, because how was I suppose to cancel my order. When they finally came I told her she didn't need to be so rude. She said how are we rude. Our manager said we could close and threw a bunch of subway lingo at us, I said waving us off and argumentive. She told me that they never received this order and we're out of tuna anyways. I asked for their names and she said she was going to call the supervisor and I said good because I will be too. She said okay bye bye then and shut the door. So I'm stuck with an order in limbo and disappointed in these kids and their lack of respect and customer service.

Went in to get some food for my kids before their cheer practice. The male working around 330 today was pissy about it. He told the female that was about to head out that he didn't understand why people eat at 3pm and was visually upset that myself and one other person came to get food. The female was super nice and understanding. I left her a tip, but will never be back due to the child I had to deal with. Don't like your job, find another!

This is my second time getting food here and the subs were worst then the first visit. We picked up our food around 6 in the evening. We ordered more meat and double meat on our steak subs. There was less meat in them then a regular steak sub. We basically had bread and few veggies on there. I feel like they jip you badly on the meat. I will never go back there and advise all my family and friends not to either. I hope they learn how to make sandwiches there or train whoever makes them the correct way.
So I went into this location and all the employees. But one nice, little freckled face girl who was new and did not even know how to use the Register was sitting at a table listening to loud music with their friends. And they'd spill teriyaki sauce on some lady. And they all were laughing at it as she come out of the bathroom cleaning it. And when she left, they were laughing about how wet she was after . This is the worst Subway Liz. You should be ashamed of yourself for letting this go for so long its been year like this your to lazy to run your biz with an adult at night and the whole town is talking trashing about your place by letting these kids work. There's no adult supervision everybody's under the age of 18 that works there in the evening time. I've been in here multiple times these kids ask me what my name was and when I told them they played a song making fun of me. Evan evan poop poop poop. On the speKer loud I'm thinking about taking legally action on this location for this stress and embarrassment of being made fun of by a bunch of little punk teenage kids from high school. I will be calling the subwY corporation and letting them know all about this and your store

I never leave reviews and this is the worst service I've ever had at subway. The door was locked at 9:20 when they opened at 9 and had me and 2 other customers waiting outside while they watched us thro the window just hoping we would leave . A very rude employee walks over and unlocks it and I asked if they are open, we're all waiting outside and it says they open at 9 and he laughs and walks away . They didn't want to make the meatballs , so they then refused to make my order .... 3 very rude employees, unprepared, and unwilling to simply do there job . I don't even want to go to subway again, after this experience

I work in the food service, so I'm very understanding of most things, one thing I will never tolerate is crappy customer service. The teen girls that work there are snobby and rude, didn't say one word to us when we walked in.And the girl behind the counter had to ask for help several times from the employees who were sitting in the dining area on there phones.I'm guessing this store is literally ran by a teenager because the behavior in there is so child-ish. Also what is with the girls in there being allowed to wear shorts. Never in my life have I ever been to a subway were they wear shorts?!?So long story short, don't go there. The vibes are bad and you will feel very unwelcome.
