Absolutely one of the worst Taco Bells around. 15-30 minute wait at any time of the day you come. Employees are not rude, they are just never engaged and don’t seem to care, look flustered. Tonight, 5 of us were waiting together at the counter for our food forever. Not one employee said anything to us. Disorganized and chaotic at this location. And after 20 minutes wait, my order was made wrong. Avoid this one if at all possible!!

You can get a lot at tacobell for not much cost. It's pretty solid, not the best, not the worst. I enjoy their food. Sometimes their tables are sticky and whatnot, which for me is gross.I spent 6 dollars and got 3 beef burritos.
Not only did they mess up my order (shocker) but when I did get the correct food, it was AWFUL.Now I don't have high expectations for fast food and I know what I'm getting myself into....BUTThe fries were sooo stale they were rock hard and chewy ?So was the shell on the chalupa. I could barely bite thro it.Spent $20 on literal garbage and inedible food ?

I haven't been to Taco Bell recently but found myself craving it. I opted to go inside to look at the full menu.I entered several items on the self order station. I tried to complete the order and pay but that machine was stuck. After several frustrating moments I moved to another and ordered enough for the family.After a few minutes, one of the workers brought me a strawberry creme drink. I don't do strawberry. He said it was on my order. Whatever. Finally my order arrived. The woman only spoke Spanish but shoved 2 bags to me. They didn't look like they held a $40 order. She indicated those 2 bags held my entire order.When I got home that wasn't it. None of the extras I ordered were included, sour cream, guacamole. 2 burritos were missing as well as 4 tacos.Of course a paper receipt wasn't offered. I have yet to receive the text receipt. Its been 2½ hours.I rated 2 stars only because the cheese fries were delicious. Too bad I couldn't try the rest.I'd give a half star if it were an option.

This Taco Bell is the best. I came through for a quick bite one afternoon and the taquitos I ordered had maybe been sitting under the lamp a while, I wasn’t able to eat it really. I came through the next day and explained what happened. The manager who I think works evenings gave me multiple coupons and refunded me in full with cash. Will be returning :)
