I'm highly disappointed! I went through the drive-thru and ordered a double baconator and large fries. When I got home, what I had was a Dave single regular burger and fries. Not sure I'll be going back to this Wendy's again... And when I tried to call them about it with the phone number listed online, it rings for a long time and then disconnects. No one ever answers.

Ordered a single burger with lettuce and tomato only meal and an additional grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato.GOT: single burger with lettuce, tomato AND Cheese. The grilled chicken sandwich was a tortilla with lettuce and tomato. Screwed up the order!!!!!!!

Quick quality and reasonable service at this location. Was very easy and pleasant experience.
I frequent this Wendy's regularly,but after today I will not go back. I went there with my boyfriend on Superbowl Sunday because they were offering free Dave #1 burgers for "where's the beef promo".I went up to counter and mentioned it to the middle aged cashier with dark short hair. She promptly told me she had never heard of this promo. I showed her the promo that was all over the internet. She acted uninterested. I asked her how we could order this promo. She told me it had to be ordered on Wendy's app. I asked her if anyone could assist me. She said no.I finally gave in and said ok,We will just order 2 combos. Then she refused to take my order! She said that we had to order on the screen by the door. We attempted this 3x and the screen would not save our order. We were the only people in the store but again she refused to help us.We finally just left... I wish I would've gotten her name. She looked to be in her 50s and was Caucasian with dark curly hair that was short. She lost our business for good. I hope this gets addressed!! Very lazy and rude attitude! She is running off customers.

Ordered a hamburger and coke. The hamburger had no ketchup etc nothing just bread and a patty. No condiments offered or receipt. No way to prove my order. I can see why there is very little traffic at this location. Chick fil a across the way is rocking for a reason. Surprised this place stays in business.

The folks at this location need customer service training. Drive thru workers don't engage, they basically throw the bag of food at you. Asked for no ketchup, got it...no ice in the drinks...yep got it...now I remember why I stopped going here.
