Used to be better, hadn't been here in awhile wasn't impressed, had the Monte Cristo it was all grease, had the stuffed toad legs, bacon burnt.

Service is always good, food is okay. Many ownership changes, but the staff that remains is the highlight each time.

Definately want to eat here if you want to be watched by a giant purple toad!...Seriously, food was great! This was the first time I was stuck between five choices! Taylor was our server and what a gem! She smiled with everything she said, she made a recommendation to me and I had the French Dip, my wife had the California Club and we split an order of wings. Like I said, the food was great, athmosphere was great (did I mention the giant purple toad?) And the service was the best (thank you Taylor!...nice smile!)

Waited quite a while to write this as thought maybe a fluke but: Only been once in person. Wings not cooked, took them home and put in microwave. Forgot what the wife got but it was left. Service is slowwww. Did a burger for pickup waited 30 minutes after waiting 30 minutes before going. Burger was cold and fries were soggy. Never again.

I have had such mixed experiences here, some good but mostly bad. The bartenders are great for the most part, with the exception of last night. For some reason I noticed they had two bartenders working, which I assumed meant I would get my drinks faster. Instead, it took twice as long to get my drinks because the new person seemed to be getting in the way of everyone. Can you just go back to having the one bartender and tell the new person she’s probably not cut out to run a busy shift? Or maybe provide her some training…The food is ok, nothing great. The service is usually mediocre, I always seem to get the same female who is in a bad mood because it’s busy and doesn’t want to work. If you come to this place I’d recommend Sundays. That’s when you will get the best service and experience. I will never go on any other day based on the experiences I just shared.

As a fellow restaurant owner, I have never experienced such rude and inattentive service in my life. The owners/staff were incredibly rude face to face, and food service ends 10 pm for those wondering (even when their establishment is completely packed of paying customers and are open for several hours after 10 pm and even had a live band begining to play after we showed up after 10 pm). Several of us stayed for 20 to 25 minutes without ever having a single server come up and ask if we had been helped or taken care of. The only person we were able to get any info was one of our group that asked a server rushing by if food was still available and they said no and never came by the table again...needless to say we were not welcome and left without ever being served. Unfortunately we will not be supporting this business ever again and DO NOT recommend going here. Jax, literally right next door (closed at 10 pm so we moved over to finish watching our sports game) has far better service, great beers, incredibly attentive servers, and provided top tier customer service.

I've been going since it was opened and have always had pretty bad experiences. The self pouring taps have been broken for years and the staff always says there's no plans to fix them. There never seems to be enough bar tenders and there are long periods sometimes when nobody is behind the bar at all. When the bar tenders are there, they're always rude. One in particular who clearly doesn't like her job but seems to have been there for years. It's one of the few places in that area to go and could be so much better if it was managed properly.

First time in and so disappointed. Friendly atmosphere, good drinks but the food was absolutely awful. Had a french dip and which tasted like it just came out of the microwave and the bread was so stale it literally crumbled. The turkey club wrap had .00002 oz of turkey in it. At least the beer was

Great atmosphere, good band, but the bartenders were outright rude to my entire group (all servers and bartenders) when they found out we were from out of town. Like scoffing at and ignoring us. We had one round and just left. Sucks cause the place seemed like it'd be a lot of

It might be a little out-of-the-way for some people, but the drive is entirely worth it! What a wonderful atmosphere and great food. Their dartboards are a lot of fun also.
