I go to Crossroads every time I’m headed down 285. I love this place. Super family friendly, they are always very kind to my daughters. Food is always good especially the burgers and BBQ, I’ve never had a bad experience here.

First time here, will be coming back! They were short staffed and gave us a heads up when we walked in. What a concept! Wish other places would do that. I’ve been to other places that never mentioned that and the food came out slower. Totally changes the vibe. Got beers and pizza, solid!

I felt as outsider as I was. Waitress forgot about our request for dipping sauce for the wings and about the check. I had to seek her out twice. She was friendly and chatty with regulars both times, once she was eating something with someone by the register.

If you’re looking for a good burger and beer after a full day of fishing the South Platte, this is the place! Burgers and fries fresh, draft beers, excellent and friendly service. Looking forward to making this our spot whenever we’re down here fishing!

We’ve been frequenting the Crossroads 1-5 times a month for over 2 years since we moved a mile away. We love the food, the staff and the atmosphere. We’ve never had a bad meal here. Anytime something has been slightly off they’ve offered to make it right. My stepson and I are particularly fond of the different chicken sandwiches. My husband likes the wings and one of my other kids likes the pizza. The pictures show my usual: firebird with sweet chili instead of buffalo sauce. We also like the house made fries but realize others prefer the frozen ones based on other reviews. Jenn also sells her housemade ranch dressing by the pint. That’s what we buy for home use.

The service is never good.. food is okay but I would stay away from the chicken. The poor service negates anything good about this place.
They served us completely raw chicken.We live right down the road so we’ve been here a few times. Sometimes the food is good and then sometimes it’s not the best. My previous favorite thing on the menu was the Firebird, it’s a crispy chicken breast sandwich.I ordered it for togo tonight and took a bite into completely raw chicken. Pink all the way through and never touched any kind of heat. The breading was even wet and falling off which is also a dead giveaway they didn’t even attempt to cook it.We called back and got passed around quite a bit from person to person and they gave us stupid excuses. They did refund it but we will never go back here again.There are plenty of other amazing places for food in Bailey and Pine Junction. GO ELSEWHERE

This is not the first time the food order was wrong, forgotten about, or just horrible. So this is the last time we will ever eat or drink here. You're better off having a happier experience with your local gas station food
