I am not impressed, went here for the first time and I guess I should of read the reviews before I got here but at last did not. Quality of product was good but service was terrible took over 30 mins to just get my order. I was the only one in the drive thru, no cars in front, took my order of a small chocolate shake with easy but to fulfill was terrible. Took just 10 mins for someone to come to the window and for me to pay and then another 20 mins or so to give me my shake. Again...read full review

Ice cream is always good. If you don't know what you want the staff seems annoyed. Expensive - for 2 single scoops of ice cream in a cup (with tax of course) it's over $7!!

Staff closed lobby "due to the wind", but there was no wind. We had to go through the drive through and sit on the outside patio. No sign visible in window saying lobby closed. Think they just didn't want customers inside. Ice cream was delicious though. Kids running the shop isn't always for the best customer service.
