Speaker at the drive through was loud and easy to hear for once! The lady who came out and collected my money was very friendly. Also, the lady working the window who I believes name was Karli did an excellent job!! She was respectful, polite, read out my order, and had the drive thru moving along! Well done sonic!

Sonic just has great fast food. The burgers are always spot on, hot, and satisfying. They have some of the best french fries around, way better than most of their competitors, but what sets them apart is their drink menu. I'm a big fan of the strawberry slush.

We used the app to order ahead after arriving not only was our food cold but it was someone else's order . This is after waiting 40 minutes . The prices certinly do not reflect there quality in any way. Cups covered in ice cream with fingerprints all over them .disgusting cold fries .chicken thats majority bread. Burger that the cheese wasnt melted on from being cold.The manager Jeremy said he would refund the order was short and rude on phone. Waited 2 weeks never got refund. Called to complain which you can't reach someone on phone just goes to a message.After I finally reached them the response I got from him was he put refund through and I could call my bank or get a gift card. Total waste of time and money. It is unfortunate to have received such terrible service and have the issue persist for such a drawn out time.They can take the money out quickly from your linked account, but fail to refund it as promised. We will no be visiting them anytime soon.

management needs to prioritize teaching their staff essential customer service skills instead of allowing young employees to feel lost and confused on the job. Sadly, it seems that the lack of leadership and respect from management has contributed to this issue.One concerning observation is the inappropriate behavior of some managers, who seem more interested in flirting with young girls, some of whom are still minors, rather than providing proper guidance and support to their team. Witnessing a child working in such an environment is alarming, especially when it’s clear that some of the kids employed there exhibit more maturity than the managers themselves.Furthermore, the disregard for school hours and the imposition of late shifts, even on school nights, is unacceptable. Requests to adjust work hours are routinely ignored, forcing employees to repeatedly reach out to management, only to be met with condescension and dismissive attitudes. It’s disheartening to see management resort to communicating through platforms like Snapchat, where they publicly put down employees in front of their coworkers instead of addressing concerns privately and professionally.It’s evident that the management at this Sonic location is in dire need of leadership training and a shift in mindset towards respecting their employees and providing a positive work environment. Until these issues are addressed, I’m hesitant to continue supporting this establishment.

My Mom and I just went and ordered food. They of course messed up on the two hamburgers. I went to the window and told them they got it wrong. The Manager wrote down the order and they still got it wrong. Very disappointed. Poor management skills definitely.
