The people are very kind and enjoyable. The food was correct and made well. I had a bad experience at a co springs taco bell and I told them what happened and they remade my ENTIRE meal free of charge and made it right. 100% recommended you give this place a shot
I not only paid extra just for chicken, but paid for Extra chicken as well, and I literally got 3 pieces of chicken. If there was an option to post a photo, I would. When I called the restaurant, the person that I spoke with, was very rude about it and this was never resolved. ?

Thus place gets worse every time I try to go. They can't make a basic taco anymore. They can't even melt cheese for a plain cheese quesadilla with no sauce. They tried twice to make it. Then was very rude and made it seem it was my fault They can't do their jobs. Sad no one there takes pride in the place or what goes out.

This location is constantly out of product I have been there 3 times in the last couple of months and they are constantly out of different meats and ingredients. Instead of letting you know before you order they let you place your whole order and then after they tell you they are out of half the things you order. The manager on nights is also very unprofessional I’ve had him argue with me about my order and I’ve also seen him curse at another separate guest when I was there a separate time. Personally I’d rather drive into town to a different location or just go to Adolfo’s down the road. This location is the worst.

My family and I just left from having lunch here and I really cannot believe how rude the manager on shift was towards me. I was watching and he was real nice to everyone else. I'm sure he recognized me because the last time I was there I questioned the charges because I thought I was double charged. He explained the charges, and also told me alot of people were giving them a hard time because prices were going up. I stated that I didn't blame them I should have been paying attention when I ordered. I was respectful and so was he. I'm guessing that today he confused me with the people that gave him a hard time, but that's no reason to act unprofessional to me in front of my family. I gave 2 stars because the lady at the window actually deserved 5, she was so busy but was really sweet to everyone that she took care of. I definitely think she deserves recognition for her amazing customer service.

It was obvious they were running out of ingredients as usual. Mexican pizza had no cheese whatsoever on it, the new chicken quesadillas literally had half of the quesadilla completely empty and barely any chicken or cheese on the other half, missing all the sauces i should have gotten, the flatbread chicken seemed like there was 3 small pieces of chicken with about 1/3 the normal cheese andcdry as could be. Tonight was the absolute most disappointing fast food experience ive ever had
Ordered a soft taco supreme with Guac, none of gauc was on taco only wrapper, I have 1/2 hour for lunch, no I can't come back! $3.75 for 1 taco is ridiculous!
