Have been coming here for years. Seems like last 3-4 months they have had the same options but at lower and lower quality. The amazing long time employees seem to be thinning out due to being terminated or have left due to the new management. The new manager is extremely rude to customers and employees.. I seen first hand. He is not a good manager for a medical dispo. Not helpful and unwilling to find products you need. Will be going to steal city or green source for my medical needs. If they don’t change something soon I see this location being closed down within a year or two. It is out of the way for most and bad customer service on top of lower quality products will have fewer and fewer people making the trip.

I have been an EPC member at Apothecary for years and have always gotten great customer service. The service has went down hill since January. They have completely changed management and employees. Management is rude to employees! They never have anything new, the quality is gone, and pricing is crazy on medical!Should have keep the good ones. I will be looking else where to place my epc.

Didn't give me my points on my visit and ignored the two times I've tried contacting them. There wasn't $5 budget concentrates on the rec side when the advertisement didn't specify it was only for medical which I use to be a member of in Denver.
