“This review is from March 29, 2024.Went on a hustling and bustling Friday night. Easy to check-in with "call ahead seating" online. Once we arrived, checked in online and then shortly after got the text to come in to be seated. Even though we had to stand and wait in the congested entrance for an additional 15 min, it still warranted with how busy it was. This place runs like a well oiled machine. Our server was Faith! An absolutely attentive server with phenomenal service! She made sure we were taken care of, always checked in on us, and was happy to oblige anything we needed. She's a true gem, and a fantastic asset to the restaurant. My hubby and I both got the ribeyes. I got the 14oz and he got the bone in. Let me tell ya, if you can choose some add ons, go for the mushrooms, onions, and jalapeños! The steaks were so tender, it felt like my knife was cutting into butter. The salads were so dang good. Idk if I was just hungry or they just hit the spot, but they were delicious and FRESH! Overall it was a great experience. Very impressed. Definitely made it worth it to take the time and write a review.Other odd noticeable things: thank you for having real salt and pepper shakers!!! Not the plastic twist kind. It was much appreciated. Thank you for NOT over seasoning your steaks! Glad we decided to NOT go to our local Colorado Springs Texas Roadhouse and drive the hour to Pueblo!“
“Reading other people's reviews, it appears that this place is hit or miss. My experience was positive, and the restaurant was pretty full when I went (about 11:30am on a Tuesday). The BBQ sauces they have are not bad; my favorite was the one in the yellow bottle although they're all pretty decent. The pulled pork was very solid. It was very moist and I ate all of the pulled pork without any BBQ sauce. I have been to a lot of BBQ places where the pulled pork is super dry and doesn't have much flavor to it, so in order to make it decent it needs to be slathered in BBQ sauce. The sausage wasn't bad. There was a very light spiciness to it, although it was a little tough. The brisket was not that good; it was a little dry and didn't have any flavor to it. I ate it with BBQ sauce because it was not that good on its own.The mac & cheese was decent. It was pretty creamy although it had a name brand taste to it (maybe Kraft?). It still wasn't terrible though, although I have had much better mac & cheese at other restaurants. The beans were pretty decent too. They have a slightly sweet taste to them (maybe brown sugar?). They were also on the harder end, although it wasn't a huge deal for me. If they were slightly softer though, they would've been really good. The 3 meat plate is a little overpriced for the quality of the food and amount you get but at the end of the day it's a pretty good BBQ joint.“
“I attended a wedding catered by SoCo and everything was absolutely delicious. I generally expect to be kind of disappointed at a wedding buffet, but everything from the brisket and pulled pork to the Mac n cheese and green beans were fantastic. Highly recommend! I'm still thinking about it today. The owners were very friendly as well.“
“Everyone is so friendly, I got all of the delicious sides along with pulled pork and brisket. And DANG do they know how to throw down on that meat. Tender, fall apart, melt in your mouth with amazing flavor! I'll definitely be back for more! If the meat wasn't enough to make me come back the sides are delicious! Especially the jalapeño corn!“
“I'm very pleased with this place.Interaction with counter when entering is friendly. I appreciate a friendly host.Ordered the chicken fried rice, it came out quickly and piping hot.I ordered to go, and it came in a classic Chinese food to go box, awesomeness. The chicken fried rice is my fave and was served in its traditional form... highly respected for this. It was super tasty.Staff: 5 ?Entree: 5 ?Overall: 5 ?? ? ? ? ?“

“Best Hawaiian BBQ ever! This place was highly recommended by family. It didn’t disappoint. The BBQ chicken and chicken katsu were both cooked to perfection! Not dry like most places. Rice was perfect and the Mac salad was delicious! Both sauces for bbq chicken and chicken katsu were on point! My husband LOVED the loco moco. I will definitely be returning! Great hospitality which was the cherry on top.Kid-friendliness: The environment is kid friendly and the owner was very kind to my kids. Many boba/fun soda options for littles!“
