If you have ever eaten chicken then you might understand why a place like this exists. It's a corporate way to sell delicious flavor sauces atop bits of various chicken parts.Do you like it spicy? The blast your palette with ghost peppers and other spicy ingredients. Moments later a dark stout beer will help reduce the sting as you hold back tears. In 30 minutes you might be feeling the spice on the other end in the stylize bathrooms.Those that aren't as adventurous can choose from a variety of other options and less fiery flavors. Parmesan garlic is my go to wing for some reason but recently the Thai curry is my new hype.Last time I visited they were out of the IPAs. I literally mean near all IPAs and so that was depressing. Whatever I got was good but not what I wanted. I'm not overly picky though. I point it out in case you have a indie pallette and seek out unique beers. This place has the basics but seemingly out of many types.The last thing I will review is their TV's. There are a lot of sports in every conceivable screen in here. Sonif you are socially awkward, have loud farts, or generally don't like to have deep conversations this place is ideal. The ambient noise and atmosphere is about a typical football game tailgate level.

What’s the point of ordering for a set time if it’s way early than when it’s supposed to be? Also didn’t get the 3 large order of fries that came with the bundles. Nothing has changed with this dumpy restaurant. Poor service, dirty restaurant, and cold microwaved food. Never again!!!

I called a order in and asked about time , I was told a hour I went in it was less then 15 minutes . The girl that took my order hung up on me. I went to get my oder and same girl I recognized her voice was not only rude to me but said comments to another employee as I left, thinking I couldn't hear I turned and looked at her and she gave me a fake smile . Trying to cover herself up. I came home and calmed down. I called and the manager had the same attitude. I will never give this restaurant any of my business again . They need to hire people that want to be in the hospitality business. Not the stand around I dont wanna work business.

Down here just the other day, and it was conveniently right off the CanAm hwy, I-25 in Pueblo. Ordered the usual of what I normally order at a BWW. The 15 traditional tossed in their Wild Sauce w/ a slide of Blazing. Also, an order of the 15 traditional, since I like to go on the BOGO day (buy one get one half off traditional wings) w/ spicy garlic and the Cajun terryaki. I feel like I've had the Wild sauce at other BWWs and this one didn't seem as hot for some reason. Idk, I could be trippin. Either way, classic spot for beverage and American food.

Food was cold and delivery was sporadic. Mine was first, the wings were tepid on arrival, 20 minutes later whe the last of the 3 orders arrived mine was totally cold. The drink comming with the 3rd was un-drinkable. Supposed to be a strawberry daquri. It was so sweet it gave me the shivers.

Upon checking out, I inquired if BWW offered a military discount. I was told that they do but only on Wednesdays. I guess the company only honors veterans 1/7th of the time, So I’ll be putting the word out to all my veteran, friends and family, coworkers, and anyone who will listen to me, this place is not honor veterans in any way, shape or form that means anything. Other places to get wings, that’s where we’ll be going.

Last time we were here we waited at our table for almost an hour before a server even came up. This time we waited 20 minutes to be sat. Then waited 15 minutes without seeing a server before we used the QR code to order. Even with placing the order through the QR code our appetizer took 30 minutes to come out. When it got to our table the queso and chicken were cold to the touch.The place is a complete mess, most tables are empty but are not bussed, the floors are dirty and the bathroom was trashed.When we received our bill they charged us twice for the nachos too. Our server never bothered to check in or refill our tea or soda, after noticing the double charge we waited another 30 minutes before she even came to ask us if we were doing okay, we werent, terrible experience, here for 2 hours for cold food and bad service :(
Food has never been that great, but the staff and atmosphere is terrible. You might get a seat right away but won't get approached by a waiter/waitress for at least a good 15 or 20 minutes, if even that. They all throw dirty looks as if it's a problem that you decided to go eat there. Same goes for the Bartender. This place is trash!

Went at lunchtime today, and even though it was not busy, we couldn't get waited on. Other people who came in after us received drinks and menus while my wife and I sat there totally ignored. We finally snagged a passing waitress who said she was so sorry, only to continue serving other patrons and talking to a coworker while we remained unserved. We finally left to go elsewhere. Will never eat there again.

Was there a few weeks ago. Service was pitiful. waitress try to see this in a booth that we didn't fit into so we had to re wait another half hour. My food came out before my husbands. I was done eating before his food came out cold. Overpriced, poor service and we will not visit again.
