Went tonight to grab a bite. The lady taking my order was so rude. I asked if they have zesty sauce and she answered well of course. Excuse me, there’s been plenty of times that I ordered onion rings, and when I got to the window and asked for zesty sauce was told they are out. She also kept interrupting me as I was continuing with my order and asking “ Is there anything else” when I got to the window to pay she ignored me and stood laughing with the window closed and talking with whoever was preparing the meal. After 4 minutes she finally came to the window. Beware of this rude lady with black hair in a braid. Probably in her mid 30’s, bad acne on her face and circle tattoos on her arm. RUDE!!!

We could hear the girl complaining about having to take our order and having to get it ready .. like we inconvenienced her! She wasn't nice and clearly didn't want to work there. Even my little girl asked what was wrong with her. Food was ok except the onion rings were not fully cooked but customer service is why I'd choose anything else before going here again.

WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE I RECOMMEND YALL NOT TO WITHER If i could give a 0 star rating i would but i went and ordered 2 sandwiches and a sideThey messed up both my sandwitches so me and my bf went and politely asked if they can fix the guy steven working tonight grabbed my sandwich threw the window and opened it up with his bare hands and tried handing it back to me after touching my sandwich so i asked for a refund the guy steven told me they dont do refunds so i asked to talk to the manager and she finally gave me a refund after arguing with the guys working for 30 minutes absolutely the worst customer service ever i will never go back to this burgerking again .
