This establishment appears to be in a state of disarray, which is quite concerning. The chicken nuggets were overcooked and excessively covered in hot sauce. Additionally, the vertically challenged individual at the counter seems to have difficulty hearing, which resulted in incorrect orders being taken. Furthermore, the process of waiting for one's food to be prepared is akin to a nightmare, as it appears that orders are being distributed haphazardly to whoever happens to walk in. It is unclear who the manager of this establishment is, but it is evident that they are either incompetent or in need of immediate demotion.

We went through the drive through and ordered the whopper Jr duo with onion rings. One whopper Jr was a special order with no ketchup and extra pickles. We received two burgers and none were as ordered. Had to go inside and have one remade.

Service was so slow. The girl that took my order messed up two orders and mine too. Didn’t have no ice. No lids for the cups as-well. They threw the fries in the bag with no containers. The bathroom for the women’s restroom was closed. Overall I would not recommend coming to this Burger

I was told after standing at the counterfor a few minutes, "we won't be taking any orders for a while.." I replied, "Oh, okay. That's wild." Then I left the restaurant and went elsewhere; where they took my order.

Twice my husband and I have stopped here to try and get an ice cream cone. First time was over a month ago, they told us they didn’t have any ice cream. And tonight, march 21st, at 9pm, we go through the drive thru. Mind you there is no one in front of us, no one inside the store. We waited from someone to say something for at least five minutes. My husband thought maybe they were closed. So he tried saying hello, and the response we got was “I told you to order when you’re ready” in a very rude tone. We decided to order anyways, we order two ice cream cups, before we could even finish saying ice cream the lady cut us off and snapped at us that there’s no ice cream.All in all, I’m not mad there wasn’t any ice cream we could go somewhere else. It was the way we were talked to and treated. There was no reason for that. I think upper management needs to start looking at reviews being posted and or start spending time around the store to see and hear how customers are being treated. We certainly won’t be back to this location.

Haven’t been to a BK in forever. Figures I would give it a try and get the “big” fish sandwich (not that big” cheesy tots (just ok) and onion rings (pretty bad.) They were running way behind- not that many customers inside the store - and not at lunch or dinner time. One of the employees made a mistake and the manager threw a fit that everyone in the restaurant could hear and sent them home. Which made things go even slower. At least 15 minutes from the time I was rung up until I got food. I probably won’t go back to a BK any time soon.

Food was decent. I had an Impossible Whopper and fries. A couple of the fries were clearly old, but the rest of the order was hot and delicious. We did a mobile order with drive thru pick up. We didn't have a huge order, but had to pull forward and park for about 7 or 8 minutes before the food was delivered. The young lady that brought it out was simply lovely.. smiling, friendly, and bubbly... made it worth the wait.

Waited in the drive though for over 5 minutes, no one said anything over the intercom. Went inside, they still weren't taking orders. Excuse given was that they need to pause at times and the lady SHOULD have told me...obviously she didn't.Avoid if you're in a hurry. Fast food is not even fast ordering here.

Me and my husband used to really enjoy this Burger King but since over a year the food has gone downhill nasty Fountain drinks dish water tasting burgers and gross fries again this used to be my favorite place I'm not trying to be mean but it has really gone downhillWheelchair accessibility: Easy parking in front to get right in the restaurant
