Was not greeted upon entering. Ordered fish and chicken with coleslaw and okra. Food was brought out quickly with no okra. Ask about the okra and the young lady said it was being prepared. I started eating and even stop for a few so I could have the okra with the rest of my meal. The okra never came out so I finished eating and left. I had issues before with takeout ordered fish chicken and shrimp got home with no Chicken. Won't eat here again.

The food never disappoints, but you likely want to find some coupons if you happen to have your family with you.Kid-friendliness: Captain D's has a decent kids' menu.Wheelchair accessibility: Captain D's does have a wheelchair accessible entrance and accessible parking directly in front of the door.
Well after 30 minutes, watching everyone else getting their food and two times asking the lady, the food never showed. Went to ask for refund and got complained at by the guy in the back saying they sent it out. Then the guy who does the refund says will hit my account in 3 days... I paid cash. Whats happened to this world?

I was thrilled to see that I could have a fast food meal with vegetables instead of fries, so I ordered butterfly shrimp with broccoli and coleslaw. Coleslaw was good, broccoli good, hush puppies good, shrimp WORST IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. They looked good, they were crispy, but they were void of any flavor at all. If I were blindfolded and you put one in my mouth, I would only be able to tell that it's crispy breading and a lot of salt. I would never even guess that it was shrimp. I even removed the breading on one and the shrimp inside tasted like unflavored gelatin. I would've thought it impossible, but they were able to make shrimp inedible.

The girl in the drive thru window was very friendly and gave great service. Sunday noontime.
I love the food, and the music is cool too. The place is a little hard to find, but well woth the effort.

I talked to a manager in Pueblo. I asked for Xtra lemons for my 3 piece fish dinner. I received 1 lemon sliver . I complained and he said it wasn't his fault but corporate policy.Corporate:Please change your policy to 2 slivers per piece of fish and charge Xtra if need be.
