Snowing so decided to drive thru. Ordered bbq chicken, no sauce, no lettuce and 2 slices American cheese. Also a reg chicken club. Asked for side of bbq sauce. Pulled forward and after over 10 minutes I get my order. No bbq sauce, bbq chicken had lettuce and the club had no lettuce with my cheese on it. Had to go inside to get my correct order. This is not my first time getting my order wrong, so I thought I’d mention it. They mess up orders all the times me so check your food before leaving if you’re taking it home. I don’t come here that often cause I’m tired of having to check my order to see if it’s what I ordered. I go to places that I can rely on correct orders.

I'm not one who typically leaves reviews at fast food restaurants. But this Carl's jrs is the most consistently good food and service I've had in a long time. The morning staff there is super friendly all the time. Whoever owns this location....take care of those employees cuz they are doing it right!!

They have a computer speak to you and no human at deive thru. Everytime i order is charges me more and i end up having to wait for them to refund my money. 1st time was irritating but now it is EVERYTIME i go. AI is getting out of hand. Please stop ✋️ hire a real person and do it proper.

Never had Carl's Jr and probably won't go back. Extremely slow drive through, food tasted raw, fries were raw.
Carl's Jr. can be a hit or miss when they make your order, sometimes it's a great burger and there are times when it's not so, so. I have to say this location has been doing a lot better job than most, over the last few months I have ordered approximately 5 times and my orders have been made excellent, no issues food looks and tastes very good.

I like the new drive thru technology they have going on...makes it easier.The waffle fries are my favorite. The chicken strips are good and crisp.I do like the burgers as well...I can't say that about most fast food places.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu/all star meals are also on the cheaper side.
