You were the only one with a trash can and the only ones who brought a table and it meant a lot to me as a customer tonight! I am super grateful for how hard you guys work! Your food is so consistent everytime. Everyone loved the food and my neices went wild for the ceviche! I am so grateful Pueblo has your food truck and restaurant!!

Typical mexican food in casual environment. Simple dishes that are pricier than at most places. (Just about everything on the short menu was priced at $9.99). Big portions though. The Spanish rice is probably the best I've ever had, really terrific flavor.
