In the past I have been satisfied w/ Chick-fil-A meals. I am not certain whether my recent experience should be considered a food or service lapse, but on 4/17/24 ordered a take-out gluten-free sandwich, paid $1.70 EXTRA for a gluten-free bun, and when arriving home had not received the GF bun (Order #6375468). May not seem like a big deal to most, but to a gluten-intolerant customer it is. Is quality of food/service slipping at C-f-A due to heavy demand or other reasons? Never thought I would have to check my orders immediately on receipt, but now guess I do.Dietary restrictions: See preceding comment regarding failure to provide GF meal as ordered.

Food was okay. The service was surprisingly terrible. They didn't give me a drink holder so I went to the counter to ask for one. The person at the register looked at me and went back to filling up drinks. I asked for a drink holder and he told me someone else would grab it for me. The other employee just put it on the counter and walked away. Definitely not a typical Chick-fil-A experience. No smiles, no welcomes, no my pleasures. Nothing. A very sad day indeed.

What a wonderful place. The owners are so generous with their donations. The staff is amazing and reflects on the owners careful training. During the eclipse, the staff shared their glasses with customers so they could view the event safely. I visit almost weekly for food because they are the best in Pueblo. I can't say enough about the owners who care so much about their community.

I'm from Georgia, HQ of Chick-fil-A. This Chick-fil-A would never make the standards that we expect from this franchise. The fries are halfway full and cold. They forgot my son's chicken nuggets in his kids meal, I told the attendant and 3 different people went through our bags like we were trying to steal 4 nuggets. They didn't apologize and just handed me the nuggets. It's so sad this is the only one around here because my son will only eat their chicken.

We almost always have a great experience at this restaurant. The staff are great and will correct anything that needs fixed with our orders.
I love this Chick-Fal-A because they truly make you feel welcome and special. The people that work there are always kind and in a cheerful mood. The chicken and fries always come out spectacular with intresting tastes all around. The owner of the store Sydney is the nicest woman you will ever meet. I probably go here every week to get food, because of the amazing quality. The workers work hard to make sure that you get your food in a resinable time, but still make sure the food is of the best quality. I absolutly would recomend this Chick-Fal-A to anyone, they never judge you, and they have things for pretty much everyone.
Chick-fil-A never disappoints, food was fantastic. Employees were nice and polite. The only problem is the location, the drive thru could be a potential hazard. What if someone had a medical emergency? There's no way to turn out the drive thru, you are stuck til you get to front of the line. I recommend just going inside, food is worth it.
