We try to support local, but when they mess up all 6 items that you order there's a problem. We ordered the combo plate...no meatball or sausage was on the plate. Ordered 3 Capicolla & salami sandwiches & it was missing the peppers. Ordered 2 turkey with provolone and add onions...missing the onions ? Won't be going back for a long time. I don't know what the problem was tonight? ? ? ? Tried to call & no answer. Not a way to run a business.

I love this place! I've been going since I was a kid and have introduced it to my son who loves it now too. The bad reviews are hilarious because they're obviously posted by people who didn't grow up in Pueblo. Yes, there is sometimes a wait for the food, that's why you call your order in ahead of time. Yes, there is nowhere to sit and eat, it's a catering and carry out business so why would there be? I'll be going to Collette's for as long as it's open. The only sauce I've tasted that's better is my family's homemade sauce. Don't let the bad reviews fool you!

I picked up a catering order last week and just had to come back and try the sandwiches!! I got the capicolla salami and provolone with the roasted peppers on the side and it was delish!! I must say I didn't expect the peppers to be spicy but WOW I could breathe again after trying them! Thanks for a great lunch guys!!
