If you don't want to accept orders after 9 then don't accept an order and not tell people its not coming til like an hour later. Very rude and unprofessional and could have been easily handled but obviously the management here is a joke.

I spent 34$ For a medium Reese’s blizzard and some cheese curds to be delivered they get it here. The cheese curds are fine. I get this mini Reese blizzard. I call in She wants me to save it till morning to bring it back in to show her. I paid all that money to have somebody drive my food over here and Dairy Queen wants me to wait till tomorrow morning and come in and bring it back. Who’s gonna reimburse me for my driver that drop my food off and who’s going to reimburse me for this food? Because evidently I’m gonna have to go in tomorrow and I don’t even know if I’ll get it back

We came here tonight and everything we asked for they said they were out. We asked for a banana split first and they said they were out of bananas then we asked for a peanut buster parfait and they said they were out of peanuts and I said that was fine and then he said sorry we don't have hot fudge either. We asked for a moolatte and they said the machine was down and so we asked for a mist freeze and they said that machine was down too. We finally picked something they had which was a pineapple strawberry shake and when we got home all that was in it was pineapple. Very disappointed because we ain't able to get dairy queen often and to come and be told they are out of everything kinda ruined the experience.

Came with my husband and boy people are rude here! The cashier is not happy has an attitude! Asked for manager Alyssa said we’re short staff! My question is if they don’t like there jobs why work there! When you come into another state you think you get great service like back home but don’t come here unless you like rude cashier! And mean manager!Wheelchair accessibility: My mom fitted and parking was by the door! This location is a nice location! Wish I can recommend it!

Went to this Dairy Queen’s drive through and attempted to order a medium pumpkin spice blizzard. I was told that they didn’t have any pumpkin spice. Ok. Then I ordered a medium Snickers Blizzard. The man who spoke to me said the price would be $8.00. I asked if I heard him correctly, that the price was $8.00. He said yes. We knew that the advertised price for this item was $5.19. We drove away from this rip off.
Drive thru was decently fast, order was accurate, and the ice cream was good. One thing that added a little extra in their customer service was they asked if we wanted whipped topping on the shake or not. This was much appreciated because half of the time I order I forget to ask for them to leave it off for the kiddo. This extra bit of care went a long way with our experience and impression of those working there. Thank you so much!

So the other day I was taveling from my home in canada to my uncles home in mexico. I stumbled across a Dairy Queen in pueblo co and it was this one. I had my deceased grandmother remains in the vehicle. I never leave her side. She sees everything, i sleep, shower, and even play with her as if she were alive. So now I am going through the drive through. I ask for 5 bizards my grandma is avery picky eater and wanted 4 blizards. I was alerted i must go inside for such a hefty order. I proceeded to go inside the establishment. Apon arival i could barly leave my toyata camery because i have not legs and no one to assist in my bad time. I then crawled into the building there was a very long line so i wated and got the five blizards but then got back to the car my grandma was no where to be seen. All that was left was a track of dust. Now if i did not have to go inside my grandma would still be here today. So now i will never go to a dairy queen agian thanks alot, i am also looking into sueing because of the robbery you caused.

Horrible place. I used to work there. that place is so run down at night, However the morning workers are very excellent. It's just sad to see how far that place has gone down hill. No wonder why everyone quit when I was first hired there, they can't get anything together especially at night!
