I'm rating 1 star, Yuck!!! I placed an order for our dinner and was hungry by the time I went to pick up the order. When I got there, I saw that NO ONE was wearing gloves!! Not the person making the pizzas, or cutting the pizzas or delivering up the order. Needless to say I was pretty disgusted and did not want the food! Especially these days with all the illnesses floating around. I've had Covid and don't want to get it again through a pizza touched by many without gloves on. Thanks, but no thanks ... Just imagine the amount of cross contamination possible without the proper use of gloves!

Ordered pizza 3 times accidentally. Called store on 29th and a delightful and helpful young woman, Baleigh, was of the utmost help. She looked up order and made sure two had been refunded back to Venmo. She quickly solved my problem! The only reason I’m giving the food 3 stars is because the dough wasn’t done enough.

The food is great. The service is great. If they make a mistake they make it right. However there are a lot of homeless people hanging around. I don't always feel safe. That's why I like carside to goDietary restrictions: I can't eat tomato sauce or sausage. I have tins of options. They even have gluten free options
Had my granddaughter's 4th Bday party here. They have 6 but no plates, silverware, or cups. No one ever said anything that we would have to provide our own! we had everything but cups. Under staffed. My daughter called made the reservations with them and called back a week later to confirm, but they had no record of it! I'm not sure where their miscommunication is, but better customer service is required! Prices were good and so was the pizza.

They made a small mistake on our first order, yet it still tasted great. Even though the pizza was great, they still gave us another pizza at no cost!! They were slammed but that didnt phase them a bit! Within 15-minutes, we had another pizza and all with a big smile and no attitude whatsoever! Wow...I only wish more locations would mirror their great attitudes!!

Like picking up pizza while a group of unhoused individuals stare at you? This is your spot.Waited for car side delivery and had my windows down. I begin smelling a strong odor of cigarettes. I look over and not even ten feet away from my parking space and right next to the entrance was a man sitting spread eagle on a chair puffing away. They also marked my car side delivery as delivered before they even walked out. I’m assuming to avoid the 2 minute timer they have or it’s free. Not very fair since it was a good five minutes later that I go my pizza. I messaged customer service, got a complaint number from them via email, and that’s been it. Not a word for weeks.They usually forward those complaints to the store so I guess this store doesn’t care.

Bad customer service and things missing that I paid for. I will not buy from them again. Adam was not very helpful. I tried to speak to the manager Don. Had me on hold for a long time. I may try to find out Domino's customer service #. Hopefully I am able to reach someone and complain about this

The app updated us through the whole process. Starting when they were making the order all the way until our delivery driver pulled into our parking lot to drop it off?. The food was hot and fresh, the process of making the order was quick, the delivery driver was also quick and friendly, the app was easy to navigate and the fact they had a pay cash option was extremely helpful. I don't really see that for any other restaurant. It sucks they don't have the parmesean cheese packets anymore and charge when they're ordered but aside from that he said next time we could request paper plates (cause we noticed we didnt have any after we opened the door) and/or something else that I can't remember for the life of me, and they'd bring them free of charge. He was genuinely friendly and patient? Brian deserves a raise or a reward or something. I did tip too?. Thank you for being reliable, both the store and the driver?.
