I will do my very best to keep this short and sweet. Maybe this next one sentence will say it all. I have been eating at this wonderful place now over forty years!!!!! I don't know how to keep thatshort!?!?! This is just a great place. To my mind it's comfort food. Their Green Chili plate hasn't Changed since the day they went into business. In all the the years I've been eating here I have never tried anything other than the Green Chili.About all I can say is this. It's a meal youll never forget about, good almost too good. Enjoy. The food was good however, the atmosphere is dingy and worn out, and I would consider very unclean. I wished I would’ve brought my own Clorox wipes to clean the table. The staff was friendly, but seemed overwhelmed. Need a makeover!

Very very disappointed! I looked forward to sharing with my family your stuffed Soppiallias. People were sitting there enjoying their meal and you claimed you were closed! 7:30pm on a Friday night. Not happy

We drive from Colorado Springs just for the food here. Have been going here for 28+ years. The chicken burritos with green chili are a family favorite.

We've been eating here for just over 12 years, not quite the 41 years they've been sharing the love, but always a warm family welcome whenever we happen in for a tummy treat! Bring your hunger. Serving sizes are quite generous, and the sopapilla's are the BEST in all of Pueblo! It's a little off the beaten path, but well worth the adventure!Parking: If curbside is full, there's ample parking in the dirt lot across the street!Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly food and just the right portions!

A family owned restaurant w/ a long history. Service is great with big portions of homestyle cooked meals at a reasonable price. The plates are served hot, and you never have to ask for a refill of your beverage. The staff is on it! Marion is iconic!
