I cane in on Feb. 17th .It was pretty busy but my food still came out hot and the customer service was great the server Barbara Was able to provide excellent service Considering it was pretty busy She was very Kind was able to help me and a lot of other customers with what we needed in a timely manner. I would recommend fazoli's if you would like fast Italian food. All in all I would give them 5 stars

Went through the drive thru and was asked to park for our pizza. They weren't even busy. We waited 14 minutes. My husband went inside to find out what was going on and they said they has to put the pizza in the oven again. Oh and when we were waiting we seen 2 employees in the dining area, 1 mixing the tea and the other just running around. We really like this place, but the service is making this place a bad place to go.
