I LOVE this place! We did Golden Girl trivia with the staff at The Cutting Board and while I enjoyed a vegan meal (very much, I might add), my husband had a French dip from The Hungry Buffalo. We were both super impressed and will be back for sure. Also, they have games sitting out that you can play sponsored by Chaos Games (one of my favorite places!).

They were rude, judgemental, not inclusive. I don't need to return. Sorry for the businesses that are trying to make it in a biased, bad venue.

Don't walk...RUN...This place has so much to offer. After a long week of working there is nothing better than stopping in for dinner, a drink, and a game of battleship.Plus this place is a HUGE supporter of the local artists. It's always fun to see which pieces are being featured.

The place looked great from the outside and when walking in, however when we got our food the portion sizes were only enough for a small child. We got a catfish platter, and when it arrived the catfish looked more like chicken strips. I got a grilled cheese and it was incredibly small. The chips it came with were way over seasoned/salted and when I went to take a drink my 7.5 fl oz can was already empty. If you plan on going here in the future, I recommend eating something before coming.

Service is minimal at a food hall but good when you do get service at Fuel and Iron. Have had food from four of the vendors and all were very good. Buffalo burger and Pueblo personal pizza were excellent. Quality of food was where it should be for the price, no skimping, no wilted lettuce, etc

Food court in historic downtown Pueblo. Multiple vendors and a full service bar. Cool spot to eat with weekly events. Really enjoy the new vegan spot, The Cutting Board, but I miss the Nick's dairy cream.

Great atmosphere! Cool addition to Pueblo food scene! Feels fancy but affordable. Always busy, but there's always an open spot to sit.
